Fierre's office AU back story can be that he used to work at a black company where all he had for lunch was 1 black coffee and some white people salad if he was lucky to have a break at all LOLL. I was going to give him a little tear but then i was like nah. He can be like when a baby falls but doesn't cry yet and the people around him are wondering if they should be like omg are you ok??? But nobody ends up asking him for better or worse cause he is too prideful to burst out crying in the middle of the cold office floor. *delusional*
