"54..55..56" you were halfway through your training having been kicking the roughed up bag for around a half an hour or so, your clothes drenched in your sweat from the energy spent. You could feel how hard your heart was beating it was overclocking in your ears with the stillness of everything around, every kick every heartbeat every heavy exhale as you landed a punch stuck in your mind.
Your hands were balled white on accident having been so cofused on the target you forgot to relax and failed your kick landing on something sharp that wasnt there before.
Your breath was kicked away from you as you fell feeling the sharpness in your side you hissed like someone had whacked you in the back with a metal whip.
You could feel warmth pooling down your side as you registered what just happened, the liquid dripping down your clothes and staining then red till the very end.
"Oh fuck.." you attempted to check how big the object that pieced your back was only to groan in sharp pain from moving.
Your eyes clouded a little before regaining focus you stumbled with a wavy step towards your broom leaving everything behind.
Who knew in which rats ass you were right now, everywhere you flew there were trees tress and more trees, it was staring to get very hard to balance on the broom without the swelling pain in your side , the position of your body currently needed some sort of space to rest on even if it was to eliviate the muscle tension.
Your breath got hotter and hotter and you were covered in cold sweat instead of warm like before , you were flying for about 10 minutes in great speed without any luck for human life, your vision zoned out becoming blurry you strained your eyes wider to stay awake as this would be a pretty hard fall from such an altitude.
You felt your body give up fast and right at the last second of your conciousness you saw a rooftop peak through the tall woods.
"Haah," you mutter a small chuckle that made your body stress in pain, you found a place.
Your broom grew wavery as you were loosing conciousness your body slumping forward from the spent energy.
You held yourself up the broom with all you could and then you collapsed fully.
Falling though luckily like a walked path your body dragging along stone and dirt alike as you finnaly reached the large house you saw.
"La?" A small chirp noise came from round the house, a small looking girl perhaps a dwarf approached your unconcious body.
"Aaa, are you alright?" She came rushing with sheep tailing behind her her eyes grew a but wider as she saw the steady stream of blood coming from you.
"Cotton magic: Sheeps Cradle!" She summoned a ball of cotton under you proceeding to rush you inside the headquarters where everyone suddenlt halted.
"Everyone we have an issue!" She called out showing you to everyone, your clothes caked in dirt and blood
Vanessa being the first to step up and secure her thread around the bleeding spot.
"Okay, thats done, Finral make a path to the hospital, were paying that old geezer a visit."
The squad capitan ordered around and a ring of spatial magic was soon created Charmy putting you thought it then in she hopped herself, next followed the Capitan and Finral.
"Oi! Emergency situation here!" Yami shouted in the halls a head of light blue hair popping up from the nearby door.
"Good to see you too, Yami, leave them in my hands." The man moved you to a room with Charmy's help taking out the Wood splint that had been stuck in your body and applied his healing magic.
You couldnt see nor hear but it felt like you were in some cozy yet slimy bed.
The team waited by the door checking how youre holding up till the doctor was finished with his ordeals.
"Thats the most i can do currently, they'll be unconcious for a few hours after that i'll leave them in your care." He noted the others stepping away as his job was done.
"Yami, you know that person?" Finral asked his capitan who took a drag of his cigarrette his yellow eyes blankly shifting to his underling.
"Idiot, of course i dont know them, first time i seen em' ." He waved a dismissive hand watching as you laid unconcious for the time being.
"Guess we'll come back later to check, not every day someone falls from the air with a chucnk of wood between their stomach."
He walked off first waiting for his underlings.
It was a few hiurs from then now, you awoke in a bed your side wrapped and yet still hurting.
"Where am i-" you thought to yourself wating around and you suddenly shook back, seeing a brawny figure awaiting as you took in your surroundings.
"Yo." He rose a hand greeting you.
"Yo..." you greeted back looking at him confused..
"Whats up? I got something on my face?" He pointed to himself as you shifted in the assigned bed.
"Aa- , nonono, Your face is .. well anyway where am i?" you dismissed talking about his features for now.
"Youre in the capital's hospital." He was sitting legs splayed both of his hands interwined in a ball.
You could feel his presence being ... awfully bold.. perhaps destructive.
You pulled the cover from yourself mentally facepalming as you realised you werent as covered as you expected.
You were given a pair or pants then a shirt nothing underneath. Your eyes grew wider a bit as you questioned on who dressed you up.
while trying to reach for a glass of water beside you you winced a little holding your side.
The man offered you a glass with the comment of
" Dont do that, you'll hurt yourself." you nodded resting your body on the headboard of the bed as you drank the water . With a windy exhale you finished your glass offering it back to him and he placed it down back where it was.
"Thanks, so, whats your name?"

"Y/n .. have i seen you around somewhere? You look familiar.." You introduced yourself adding a follow up to which he laughed a bit.
"Maybe, i dont think thats gonna be a good memory tho. I dont have the good guy reputation with people." He explained lighting a ciggarette.
"What, youre some sort of bad guy?" you humored him but it ended uo more as you humoring yourself, he watched you and quickly interrupted.
"No, the people dont like me that much thats all."
He stretched his legs looking up in the celing a little.
He didnt seem the bad kind , you noticed a basket near his feet containing some things, a bit of fruit bread, this and that.
"Thats for you. " He yawned getting up and walking towards the exit.
"When you heal up come by the Black bulls, im sure the team wont mind you around." He cast an invite to join his .. team..?
"Ya.. mi.. Yami... hmm.. ," You tried to gain a lead of who he was. "Ooooh wait was he the capitan of that squad? No wonder where ive seen him, he was all over the place a few weeks back."
You reminiced about the time where you saw that same man having a big time test of strenght with another dude.
He was great at battle flashing and swinging that unusual sword of his while fighting against a tall green blade dude.
Around 4 days passed since your incident, you were no way healed fully but the walls around the hospital started getting bland, boring, and lacked life.
You got up out the bed putting on your old clothes that were now cleaned, the gash in the shirt sown up flawlessly. "Some handywork that is." you glided your fingers against the sown spot, you couldnt even feel a bump of string it was done so well.
The basket you got from Yami had a surprise at the end, under all those good will foods there was a black robe with a golden bull on it.
You took it out put it on and looked down on how it fit. "Heh, not bad." The black robe fit well covering up your shoulders aswell providing a bit of warmth.
You walked out your room taking the now empty basket with you, you took your leave and asked around the hallways for a location of said Black bulls.
Some man instructed you of the whereabouts somewhere out in the boonies quite a way from the capital you were in.
You went to feth yourself a broom to pay your visits.
After a while the same brown black rooftop you saw some days ago was right in your sights.
You got down nearing the enterance, as you proceeded to open it someone did it for you not seeing you as they almost walked you over, almost.
"Whoa- Heey pretty lady what are you doing out here all by yourself~?" A brown haired male suddenly caught you flinging compliments all round.
"Sheesh Finral way to save the day." he mentally patted himself on the back as you got out of his grip.
"Thanks for that, im actually supposed to pay a visit here.." you looked past his shoulders into the little door gap of wild atmosphere.
"O-! Wait wait youre that girl Charmy found a few days back, you okay? you were covered in all sorts of stuff." He looked you all over, you were clean no signs of any blood anywhere on your own two feet, a good improvment in his book if you will.
"Im alright, besides the fact i left a little early from the hospital, im y/n by the way." you extended a hand to shake which he accepted.
"Finral, nice knowing you." he clashed a good white smile while you shook hands causing you to slightly grin. "What a charmer" you thought to yourself chuckling a bit.
Upon entering first see you was no more no less a beautiful woman that was dessed in so little it felt like a crime to look at her.
"My gosh, who are youu~!" She waved a hello and soon got up to check on you too.
"The doctors sure did well, im Vanessa i helped you out, tho you wont remember you were unconcious." She hooked you around her side swaying side to side a little. "Y/n thanks for helping me."

"Hey hey have this cupcake, la!" A girlie floating on come cotton puffs offered you a very good looking cupcake which you took with a bright smile and a thank you. She was glad youre enjoying the food and offered some more yummies along the way.

"Yami so you know her afterall-" Finral was met with a face full of cake as Charmy shushed him up.
"Y-Y-Yami since when do we have a new member!?" A puddle of blue hair from the side spoke up in many stutters pointing at your robe.
You peered down at it then back at them.
"Huh wait- you recruted me back then?" You asked brows lightly furrowed as he shruged slumping down on the near sofa.
"Pretty much, now come on entertain them all."
The ball of people was now sat by the table speaking of whichever topic they found themselves across while including you and asking about various things.
You learned that Finral is apparently a skirt chaser, Gordon was supposedly quiet and mysterious, Gauche was a sister obsessed freak, Grey was a nerveball of embarrasment, Charmy was Charmy, Vanessa was a good old drunkie for most parts when shes free and that Yami took wierdly long shi-

The mass of people seemed very close and friendly, welcoming at that.
"Please take care of me from now on!" You asked from now officially joining their squad as they all cheered.

Not an early bird!
You could say it was about early dawn where the sky was still a baby blue color.
Last days work was kind of taxing on both you and Nozel as you both seemed to have slept around 10 hours each.
You sat up a little on the bed puffing up your pillows to watch the sun rise from the windows, Nozel was calmly sleeping besides you his hair surprisingly quite messy as he slept.
A small smile tugged at your face seeing him so worry free and as if on instinct he shuffled around a little waking himself up in the proccess.
"Goodmorning." you greeted him as he sighed tugging the covers closer to himself, trying to get a bit more sleep in.
"Whats the time?" He asked voice a little grogy from the sleep.
"Around 6AM i'd assume." You knew well how the daytime cycle worked in spring so it was no trouble to guess the time as spot on as a clock.
"Good." He replied causing you to chuckle, he realy wasnt an eary bird at all.
He swished around the covers a little more before his nose suddenly poked your lower waist.
"My bad, its a cold morning." Nozel pointed out trying to gain some more warmth.
"That is true your nose is quite cold." You gave him a bit of your own covers for warmth which he gladly accepted.
With a deep sigh he got up a little out of bed aswell eyes sleeply binking as he checked his surroundings on random. He puffed out a breath and layed down again close to you.
You watched as the sun poked around the horizon while gently petting Nozels white messy hair away from his face.
After a moment you sunk back down in the bed and he instantly shifted closer like you were a heat source of sort.
His head rested between your arm, he had no intention to watch the sun rise at this early hour but the way your hands gently raked through his hair was enough to keep him a little awake for the time being.
"Enjoying yourself?" You asked him seeing how content he looked with himself.
"Very much so.." his breath fell gently on your chest before another deeper huff came out of him.
You proceeded to untangle some knots from his hair with your fingers, which was relativley easy since the top of his head was slightly shorter then the back.
So focused on his hair you didnt notice how he had gently hugged you half asleep in a trance like state.
Once the hair was back to its silky self you crooked your head down on his, your cheek smushed against the crown of his hair.
"The suns up.." he mumbled one eye lightly opened as he watched outside the window, a thin sliver of the golden ball portruding through the horizon in the blue sky.
"Mhm." You hummed in response way too content with the way the morning played out, his hot cheeks warming your side as you observed how the sky changed for a while.
