Definitely something i need to constantly remind myself of. When i was #cycling i was obsessed with sitting at a certain weight number and developed a bit of body dismorphia. When i got in to #ocr i struggled a bit too trying to be lighter for #running but develop some #muscle for the #obstacles but still judged myself by the number on the scales. This turned in to skipping meals and heavy #calorie restricting. Now that i have turned my athletic attention to #crossfit and putting on some muscle size it is even more important to keep this message in the forefront of my mind. I will never have the #ripped physique of a #regional or #crossfitgames #athlete so my goal is to look in the mirror and be happy, to keep increasing my #lifts and be #happy and #healthy in my own skin.
