A Not-So-Short Hiatus Notice

//Nikkoleon here~! Ok, so if you guys saw my first notice, I was supposed to be on hiatus just for a short time, but things got hectic and I think I need to change this. So this blog is on hiatus until further notice. I just haven’t been feeling Asura’s muse lately and I haven’t had enough activity here to keep me coming back.

So I will be on my other blogs instead for any of those interested. All are crossover friendly and I’d be more than happy to RP and interact on those. My main being @somnumcifer and @breakingtouch .

Short Hiatus Notice

//Yo! So as you guys may have noticed, I haven’t really been on my blogs other than Mustard’s much lately and this is due to the incredible about of things going on right now. i just came home from a vacation trip today that I left out on Monday and my husband and I are actually moving in with his grandmother to help take care of her this week as well. So we’re gonna be super busy for that and that means that my activity online is gonna be funny. So my blogs are officially on hiatus until Tuesday (10th). @somnumcifer is the only blog that I will be getting on during that time and it’s activity will still be funny even then along with my activity on the League’s RP Discord. So that’s why I’m quiet here, but I’ll be back soon! Thanks for being patient with me!//

//Mun here. Ok, so I know I haven’t done much with this blog lately and I do apologize. For those of you who don’t know, I made a BNHA  League of Villains Discord group that has had my attention for a bit and with Easter and my vacation coming up, I’ve had a lot on my mind. I will try to do some small interactions, crack threads, ect, but my main threads are put on hold until after my vacation (After  April 4th) If you guys don’t want to wait, IM me and we can drop the thread and start a new one sometime afterward. //Mun here. Ok, so I know I’ve been slow on  the blog lately, especially with threads and I just ask that you guys keep being patient with me. I’ve been working with a BNHA Discord group and yesterday there was a  bit of a family emergency. Not sure if I’ll get to doing much on this blog today, but I’ll sure try~//

Light shimmers, a transparent shape rapidly losing it’s transparency, until it becomes fully opaque. The small, frail frame of Asura… at least, who they used to be, before bloodshed and madness consumed them, leaving only a man of fear and disorder, insanity and chaos.

Pale blue scarves fall to the floor, dragging along the faded and dusty tiles. They run their fingers over a chair, dust collecting on their fingertips. They dust their finger against their shirt, sticking their tongue out at the grey grime.

         “ You never clean this place, do you? This is your mind after all… wouldn’t             you keep it tidy? ”

They use their sleeve to wipe away the rest of the dust, shaking their arm afterwards. Asura sits down upon the chair, looking back at the entity before them, Kishin Asura. Who they are now. The both of them, both the same person.

                                     And yet, not.

         “ I’m Asura. Mind if I ask some questions? ”

The Kishin sat his own chair, his head hanging low, eyes gazing at the tiles set below his feet. He had been here before. Maybe. He wasn’t sure. It seemed familiar, yet not. Perhaps he came here in his bouts of madness. Perhaps he came here to be safe. Perhaps something else called him to this dusty, dark place.

Funny enough, it was almost like the madness didn’t touch him here. He was clearly thinking, calm, and seemed at peace in a way. Even the sounds of his other half approaching didn’t send him into a panic like it would in the outside world. The other’s words failed to bring his attention upwards until long after he had settled across from the Kishin.

     “What kind of questions could you have for me?”

His voice was low, but not threatening or irritated. It lacked most emotions out of anything, and his demeanor seemed hollow as well. It was almost like the madness, fear, and paranoia had eaten away at everything inside of him. When those feelings weren’t taking up the gaping holes in his soul, it was empty.

     “Why is it so cold today?”

Asura thought on it for a few moments before, his two regular eyes avoiding her gaze as the abnormal one upon his forehead stayed locked. He still showed signs of obvious discomfort through body language, but he seemed more settled than before.

     “You claim to have reign over your own world to its very core, then show me. I want you to display this world to me and I want full immunity to any dangers this world poses. You open up, show me everything you’re about, and keep your word of no harm no matter the severity crossing me, and I think I can open up a bit more for you. Perhaps even show you this world without the eyes of that Shinigami laying upon us. What do you say?”

For the first time, a thin smile crossed the Kishin’s lips. Despite it having a slight menacing feeling radiating from it, it was still a display of something other than fear.

     An amused hum came from Charlie as she mused over the Kishin’s request. It was an interesting proposition, inviting an equally demonic force into her world could cause her issues, especially if They took advantage of the other’s paranoia. His fearful nature would allow him to perceive the crawling horrors without issue and though they wouldn’t ever go against her wishes, she didn’t need Asura growing violent due to fear either. If needed, she supposed she could force the Kishin out, though she’d rather their little partnership not come to a close so soon.

“So be it… I do warn you, there are some rather frightening things in this world. They won’t hurt you, I promise you, but that doesn’t stop them from being rather horrifying.”      Turning her back towards the other, Charlie raised one of her hands into the air and drew one of her fingers down in a straight line. The sound of fabric tearing followed as she seemed to be tearing a hole straight back to her world, a cool breeze drifting from the crack. As she dropped her hand back to her side and allowed the portal to widen and open to a scene of a dark and heavily vegetated forest, a chorus of crows being heard soon after. Her world was heavily forested, yet if one peered deep enough into the shadows between the trees, it was easy to see something peering back. Even the trees occasionally grew horrible faces and screamed when set afire. The animals here were no better, deer without eyes, monstrous spiders the size of dogs, and even vicious wolves often prowled these woods. Stepping towards the doorway, Charlie paused and turned her head back towards Asura. “Darling… I welcome you to a place I like to call The Constant.”

Asura watched intently as the portal was torn into the fabric of the world he was familiar with. He knew that this was going to be a new and terrifying experience for him, but he was heavily curious about this world and was curious as to how ‘safe’ he’d actually be. He was confident enough in his abilities that he could at least escape if needed and this could also be the perfect way to finally escape Death.

Peering into the tear, he took in the sight of trees swaying in the breeze, the darkness that ran through the crevasse of the landscape, and the sounds of the animals that took up what remained in space.

     “The Constant, eh? I can already tell from here that we truly are from two different worlds.”

The breeze flowing through the tear caught his white marked hair as it swayed in its grasp. He studied the opening for a few moments before taking in a deep breath of his own world’s air and releasing it.

     “Then let us be off. I look forward to this...frightening world you have.”

     “Another who has allowed the madness to overcome them. I’ve been seeing this more often than not, lately.”

Despite his fear, Asura kept his tone hollow and neutral as he kept his place on the thick branch against the wooded trunk of the old tree. Asura wasn’t terribly sure how much sanity this man had at the moment, or left in general, but he wasn’t one to wonder for long on matters like that. What did matter to him was the fact that the madness wavelength was, indeed, taking its toll on the world and infecting more and more people.

     “Regardless, I’m not interested in playing nor making acquaintances with anyone. L E A V E.”

The once monotone voice the Kishin had quickly turned dark and threatening. Asura had no interest in this man nor whatever it is he wanted. He simply wished to leave and be alone once again.

In a normal situation he would have gladly left after giving the man a piece of his mind; how ever the man’s madness made it a little harder for that to happen. The normally composed young man looked to his man hidden parly from the world still unsure who or what he is but turned on by his power. “ Give me a kiss and I will go away?” The man said as he jumped and landed on a branch looking to the man with a smile radiating madness and lust. The noble was partly aware of his actions hurt refused to fight against the effects of Ashra.

His eyes narrowed at the offer spewed to him by the madman. Disgusting. He had never taken’ interest in something has vile and frightening as ‘romance’ and ‘romantic gestures’. This one was going to be a problem and Asura knew it. If he couldn’t intimidate the man to leave, then he’d take leave himself.

     “I’ll have to turn you down on that compromise. I’m not interested in you nor anyone for any reason. The only interest I take in people are destroying them and I don’t think you want to be on that list.”

The Kishin quickly dove off of the thick branch, landing at the base of the tree’s trunk well below his usual sitting point.

The Kishin’s body lurched forward as he violently chewed on the ends of his digits, a crimson trickling dripping from his fingertips. His breath was quick and heavy. He thought on the offer the stranger made, an enticing one but was it worth it? A being similar to him offering assistant in bringing down the man Asura hated more than anyone. It sounded good on paper, but could the practice really work?

She was still a stranger, nothing more than a name accompanied her along with tales of her world and power. If truthful, she could assist the Kishin and bring down Death once and for all along with the pathetic academy he ran, leaving Asura’s madness to spill over the world. On the flip side, she could be lying and planned to take Asura, himself out. She could even be working with Death for all he knew. The Kishin’s composure slowly began to fade into that of calmness as he pulled his fingers from his mouth. Finally rising fully to his feet, the bands around his face unsealed, slowly opening up to show his true face. The three eyes locked onto the woman’s as a man with an incredibly calm demeanor revealed himself.

     “I will accept your offer to helping me throw Death into his grave, however, I need you to prove that you’re not going to stab me in the back first.”

     Charlie eyed the other as he mutilated his own hands, her smile unwavering from her face. He was a violent man when his nerves began to take control and she began to wonder if his self-harm would turn outward towards her, she kept her eyes on him in anticipation until the man’s paranoia seemed to calm himself just as soon as it started. Her eyes followed as Asura stood to his full height, her eyes widening slightly as she took in the other’s face. She hadn’t expected him to have a third eye, but it didn’t alarm her. She was only glad the Kishin hadn’t wasted time and succumbed to his fear and attacked her instead.

“Of course. I wouldn’t expect you to trust a stranger… of course, that leaves just one problem now. What is it do you need from me? I give you my word that I will not turn against you, but I suppose saying so only goes so far. What is it you need me to do to gain your trust?”
