Wait, do Kara's glasses actually have a prescription or are they just decoy lenses? Because if they're fake I can imagine her and Lena being silly one night pre-reveal and Lena taking them from her to see how "blind" Kara is, only to realize they're fake and Kara either immediately tries to play it off like Lena is also blind in her awkward babbling way or takes it as her chance to say what she's always wanted to say.

Oh, this? Just an AU I'm working on where the Doctor is the one to get stuck in Pete's universe and Rose does what she can to fill in for him.

*Puts a large overturned box over it*

Gonna be over 200k (most likely). Done 89 chaps already, almost going to enter S4. 1k for each chappy if you must know.

*Props one side up with a stick tied to string*

Very happy TenRose ending planned. But till then it's gonna be our favourite girls being total bosses together. Tiny sprinkle of angst. Much fluff. Maybe smut, dunno TBD... Huh? What's the box, stick and string for?... Decoration.

*Walks away with other end of the string behind a tree, which is obviously hollow and paper mache — not well done and horribly painted —, face popping out from an "owl burrow" covered in shoddy camouflage paint that matches neither the tree bark nor the haphazardly stapled on leaves*

Do make sure to get under the box for shade though. It's rather hot today in this imaginary grassy field, wouldn't want you to overheat.

You know, I've been thinking about when the Doctor first introduced himself to Rose, and what I've found curious is that if he wanted Rose to not worry about him, why go back and introduce himself in the first place? He'd already shut the door, why return to engage some more? He didn't need her name and she didn't need his, after all, she'd been about to bewilderedly walk away. And the conclusion I came to was that he wanted her to look him up.
