Alright kids, listen up because @staff have pulled off a corker of a hot mess and have decided to add "Community Labels". I guess they've decided we can't be trusted to add our own warnings and people can't make sensible choices with what they engage with.

But why does it matter to me?

Tumblr have made labels AN OPT IN SITUATION which means every single blog here is automatically set to hide any triggering content

If you want to continue to be able to access and read fanfiction PLEASE go into your settings and click "show" on at least the "Mature" and "Sexual Themes" labels!!

ALSO IOS USERS: there's an extra fun "Hide additional content" bit just to really try and block us from any hopes of success. Make sure you opt out of that too otherwise I think content will be blocked on the mobile app!

Attached to this post are screenshots from my settings so you guys know what to look for. I could only find it on my desktop settings and not on the mobile app (for now at least)

Yo so I'm gonna keep it real with yall. A lot of my energy to RP has been sapped hard, mainly by my own doing, in a two part situation.

First part is life is changing, I'm getting older. The stress of growing up and continuing to improve myself in some form is important for me. College has me afraid of everything because if I fail a single class, I fall behind a year. Job searches are increasing because family is pushing for a family, and I know I need general experience on how to live. Like I said, important shit.

The second half is that my free time, apart from above, is focused on other things. D&D, video games, streaming(ish), and moderating servers. I've really been enjoying playing with friends over discord, kinda moreso than RPing as of late. The intrest has shifted, to say it simply.

So what does this mean?

In short, its unlikely I am going to be active on tumblr as I previously was. And sections of time without anything may increase, and chances of me RPing are going to be less.

Does that mean your quiting?

No. Muses almost never leave me, especially Crow and a few others. I still make new characters and stories quite often. Heck, a good ask might bring me back, or simply good timing with something going on my dash board.

Where will you go or where have you been?

The simple answer is Discord! I run a community server based around groups of friends from Tumblr already, and I moderate the nefarious discord server. I'm almost always online and always happy to take a 'At' or a mention directed at me!

Maybe, and most likely! Pop me a message on Instant Message or send me an ask. If I recognize ya, I can give you my discord name to chat!

Keeping it real, I just want to keep you all in the loop... I've seen many blogs just stop messaging and stop posting, and never saying goodbye or an update that they are elsewhere. I wanna keep you all in the loop because your important to me.

I grew up with circus people. I wish I found this impressive. I really do wish I still found wonder in juggling. My husband juggles too. My mom juggles. Most people I know juggle. It loses its majesty when you’re trying to watch TV and these clowns out of makeup (literally) are tossing ingredients for dinner around like they’re the dwarves from The Hobbit. Can you pass the salt? No. They can only throw it. You want something, it gets thrown at you. And guess what, it doesn’t matter if you’re a decent contortionist and a great dancer, if you don’t have hand-eye coordination, sorry, you ruin the whole rhythm of the household. But they don’t let you just live. They don’t say oh that’s fine you can walk a tightrope and bend backwards while making a flower with your hands. No. It’s always ‘do your hand like this’ and ‘watch my hand’. Well, guess what Tommy, I have been doing my hand like that since I was three and i still have no chance of getting into clown college. I’m going to become a researcher mom. i’m leaving the circus to go work in a cubicle. now my mom doesn’t speak to me and my husband goes out to do his rollerskate juggling thing without me and that’s just fine. i like computers, mom. i like talking to people without trying to balance things on my face while i do it. and there’s nothing wrong with that.

After being discharged from the hospital and getting the help I need, I hate being in this position again even with current donations given. Due to my health insurance not paying much for my medical bills and my mother still being unemployed, the donations given were used to pay for the medical bill. As a result, we’re at a bad financial spot again. A situation I got my mother and myself in.

Mother and I recently got a breach letter from our mortgage company. We have to pay the rest of what we owe being $2500 or we are forced to vacate the house.

I don’t know what to do at this point. I can’t lose the house. My mother already has failing health. She’s already taking pills for blood pressure, iron, thyroid, cholesterol, arthritis, and depression. Losing the house would be too much for her and likely kill her…I don’t want that to happen…she’s my only parent left after losing dad. I can’t afford to pick up a second job due to my hours. She’s not old enough to get her widow’s benefits from social security. She has to be 60, she’s 59 and she won’t be 60 until April 10th which is too long to wait and we already lose the house then.

I just don’t know anymore…I’m barely able to pay bills and pay for her prescriptions.
