Wooohooooo— I finally finished a ref sheet for someone!! :D They were very patient with me as I was taking a bit to get back to them I usually keep track of art works for people really well, but I wasn’t registering time well for about a week or month and didn’t get back to them for a while ;-;

Otherwise it was a very good learning experince! This was the first time I did a ref for someone else I have 2 more in queue, hopefully I’ll get to those sketches soon And by the time this gets posted, I should be around half way through my second one My end goal is to offer these for commission later if I decide it’s something I’d like to keep doing ^^

To be honest, I thought it was going to be more agonising drawing all the blades but it was actually kinda nice

I wanted to make a full scene since I haven’t done that in a while and so I got started >:) This will also be me experimenting a lined BG as I don’t even remember when the last time I did that was (besides the animated one lol)

Not sure how I’m going to render those trees, and the grass… and the bushes— I’ll be testing it out by doing smaller projects because I’ve been too undecided and overthinking about it that it’s been a couple of days since I lined and coloured the characters, and I’ve yet to touch the BG— agh

Oh well, it’s diffinitely a learning process all over again haha

This is somewhere in between a simple BG and scene, might offer these as commissions eventually, just need to get a bit used to them haha Maybe diverse settings will help
