Stach: Everyone knows that you are someone who practices incredibly hard, who prepares intensively. Maybe you can tell our viewers what does video analysis mean to you, cause you watch a lot of your own matches.
Domi: I watch a lot, yes, but more just for fun, actually.
Stach: That means you can see yourself? Cause there are many people who say "No, I can't see myself".
Domi: I like to see myself, to be honest. *laughs* But its really just for fun. Certain things you notice better, things of yourself, but also things of your opponents.
Sascha: What are we talking about? Everything he says is bullshit.
Stach: Don't you have a match today?
Sascha: Yup.
Stach: So guys, "Stadt, Land, Fluss" ("City, Country, River"?) It's a game but it might have a different name in other countries, I'm not sure), you two.....
Sascha: Stadt, Land....nooo *wants to escape*
Stach: Tell me about it...come on.
Domi: I'll tell you about it. Sascha is not a good "Stadt, Land, Fluss" player.
Sascha: Why are you talking about a game in which I'm...)
Domi: At "famous personality with Z" he took himself and at "famous tennis player with Z" he took his brother.
Sascha: And what did you take?
Domi: At "famous tennis player with Z" I took you.
Sascha: Yeah, so...
Domi: But I didn't take myself.
Sascha: No, I didn't take myelf. I took Horacio Zeballos. That was quite good.
Stach: I don't know any tennis player who plays "Stadt, Land, Fluss". Guys, who came up with this?
Sascha: In Miami it rained for about 3 days and I think we had all other games already finished, so this was the last game we could play, so we started to play "Stadt, Land, Fluss".
*Lövik appears, Sascha calls him*
Stach: Look, there's the dog. Who gave him the name?
Domi: I wanted to say something else.
Stach: Okay.
Domi: Sascha is from the next gen and is on his cell phone a lot and I wanted to show him how people were spending their times in the past. *laughs*
Stach: Of course, you as an oldie.
Domi: He (Lövik) listens to you very well.
Sascha: Yeah, he listens to me very well. When Mum is not around, then....
Stach: I heard you don't help to educate him, you just enjoy the dog.
Sascha: Of course I educate him. I also take him for a walk in the evening.
Stach: That's educating?
Sascha: Yes.
Stach: You know, dog school, full program with "sit" and so on...
Sascha: Dog school? Do you know that this is the most spoiled dog?
Stach: That's what I meant.
Sascha: No, dog schools don't exist for us. I let him do whatever he wants.
Stach: Does the name have a meaning? Because its quite unusual.
Sascha: Litte lion in Russian.
Stach: It irritates me that you have a match today. You should be getting ready.
Sascha: I am mentally so prepared, you don't believe that. I'm really focused.
Stach: What kind of guy is he? You guys get along quite well. I love watching you practice. Yesterday I was sure after 10 minutes that you would break your raquet, but you didn't. You were totally under control. Describe him, because I don't know him that well.
Domi: I can say many positive things about him. I know some negative ones, too, but I don't tell them in front of the camera.
Stach: Tell the positve ones.
Domi: He is a very nice and smart guy. And we already had intimate moments in Vogue magazine together.
Sascha: They wanted us to hold hands for that picture.
Stach: Seriously?
Sascha: They asked us to hold hands. But we drew the line. That was too much.
Stach: No joke?
Sascha: No joke.
Stach: I saw the pictures. You (Domi) in a very cool outfit...
*Domi makes a face*
Stach: You didn't like it?
Domi: I didn't like my outfit, but he (Sascha) saved the whole picture. He saved me there.
Sascha: At least we were wearing outfits. The last time I was in Vogue, I was just wearing pants, so I was happy this time.
Stach: Say a word about this guy here.
Sascha: Something nice or something exciting?
Stach: What kind of guy is he?
Sascha: A very funny guy. He smashed his raquet a few times. If he loses in one game he destroys everything. Whatever it is. We played dice poker once and he broke seven ballpoint pens.
Stach: Is he right?
Domi: Yeah, he's right. Definitely.
Sascha: Then at some point he threw the dices out of the room and then the game was over. But no...he's one of the nicest....
Domi: Only negative reports about me.
Stach: Can you close this thing up in a positive way?
Sascha: He is one of my best friends on tour. Most viewers know that already. We do a lot of things together. I don't like boring guys, and he's definitely not boring. We do a lot of bullshit together, and it's good to have him on tour.
Stach: Before your dad beats me could you please prepare for your match now?
Sascha: I am prepared. I warmed up, I was in the shower, I'm wearing my match outfit, look I'm already wearing my red shirt.
Stach: You know, as a journalist, I'm not used to it...
Sascha: What else should I do? I'm sitting on the couch now, either I'm sitting here or I'm sitting there, it doesn't make any difference.
Stach: You're right. One last question, remember what we said earlier about your brother. Maybe your brother (Domi’s brother) does the same like he (Sascha) does, because Mischa used to tell me that the little one who isn't so little anymore, is the better one. The advantage is....I mean you had already practiced with Roger at the age of 10 cause your brother practiced with him, right?
Sascha: That's not entirely true. But I practiced a lot with good players because they knew my brother or my dad. I was with them on tournaments and at the age of 13 I already practiced with top 50 players. Of course that helped a lot when you play a match against them for the first time. But the biggest help was my brother cause he practiced with me so many times and told me what to do on tour, how to be professional. And that's why it might have been easier for me than for other young players.
Stach: Does your brother ask you for advise?
Domi: There is a big difference between the two brother pairs. It won't be the case that my little brothers will surpass me someday physically. I'm pretty sure it won't happen. But it's great when the little one can emulate the big one. I think it's probably the only time you don't get angry when someone overtakes you in the rankings when it is your brother.
