That blows. Well, you never had my number, so if this is you’re excuse to try to get it…
I tend to be blunt and straightforward, so that theory is wrong. I seriously lost my phone. Now I can ask for it after I find my phone.

That blows. Well, you never had my number, so if this is you’re excuse to try to get it…
I tend to be blunt and straightforward, so that theory is wrong. I seriously lost my phone. Now I can ask for it after I find my phone.
Where was the last place you remember having it?
I think somewhere in my bedroom. On my cabinet, right before I went to bed. Think you know where it is, Sherlock?
There’s a lot of that going around lately.
Why, did you lose yours too or something?
Oh fuck, I may have lost my phone.
I want to share with you all the greatness that is this huge building
Brilliant.
Why thank you.
What is the building even for?
I want to share with you all the greatness that is this huge building
What were your expectations?
Not that.
My name is Katelyn Dawson and I am addicted to Twitter.
Tweeting about your addiction?
I want to share with you all the greatness that is this huge building
Enjoy
You disappointed me.
Are you always this sarcastic?
Most likely.
I hope that sticks.
I'm sure it will.
L.A Baby >> Julian and Lydia
For the first time that day, Lydia frowned. Why wouldn’t he just make a decision? Why was he being so difficult. “Look,” she said flatly, “I’d like to continue on with you, but I don’t seem to have done anything but annoy you for this whole trip. So, I’m leaving it up to you. Do I stay, or do I go?”
Julian almost wanted to laugh at her expression. The girl actually frowned and she actually was annoyed by him, it seemed. He didn't intend to do so, but was almost glad about it. "Jeez," he said, swallowing his laughter. He put on an amused expression. "You can go then."

Her eyes were closed for a while and when he asked her if she’d seen anything, she opened her eyes.  ”Sorry, what’d you say?” She had totally blanked out.  Alison had a habit of doing that.  She blushed.
She now looked at the flowers, looking at all the bright colors and different flowers.  ”There’s so many different kinds…” she thoughtfully muttered.
"I said 'Memories'?" Julian repeated for her. She did look lost in thought. He wasn't going to ask what she was thinking about. It was none of his business after all.
"Pick a couple and I'll see if I can get them mixed together," he offered. walking up and down the shelves of roses, daisies, and probably even more flowers that he didn't know of.

Great- more of this lack of enthusiasm. Lydia closed her brown eyes, sighing. Clearly there was some kind of weight on Julian’s shoulders- some kind of pain in his heart- that not even she could take away, even if for a moment. “We, uh,” she started to stammer, “we don’t have to do this. You don’t have to spend the day with me if you don’t want. We can just go back if you want. Or I could go back and you could go explore by yourself.” She wondered if he’d actually give her an answer to her implicit question.
Julian looked at Lydia, and thought for a moment. "I don't think the question is if I want to spend the rest of the day with you," he paused. "It's if you want to with me. You offered to come, and I accepted." In truth, the whole trip was down memory lane, but it was better than nothing. It wasn't all bad. "We can part here, or we can go somewhere else. I'll leave that decision up to you."

Alison rolled her eyes as he said he felt bad for the pebbles.  ”It’s a good thing they don’t have feelings, then.” She chuckled and walked in as he opened the door for her.Â
The smell of different flowers brought a smile to Ali’s soft lips.  Her eyes closed and she inhaled the scent.  It was pretty, but somewhat discomforting.  It reminded her of her grandmother’s funeral.  It reminded her of all the flowers at Lydia’s parents’ funeral after the car accident they had been in.  The breath caught in her lungs, thinking of her grandmother and Lydia’s parents - who had all practically raised Ali.
Julian followed her in, the aroma of flowers even stronger. He shook his head and closed his eyes, shutting out the scenes of the funeral. The burial, the last look at the gravestone. He winced at the flashback, and looked down at Ali. "Memories?" he asked and then shook his head. "Sorry, none of my business."
He looked around the shop, breathing through his mouth. The floor was littered with flower petals, some slightly rotten. "See any you like?" he asked, turning back to Alison.

Lydia shrugged, shifting her gaze from the handprints to Julian. “Yeah…I mean, maybe,” she sputtered, “I know anything could happen. But at the same time…I don’t know. I’m not really see myself being a solo artist or anything, you know?” Maybe he did get it- maybe he didn’t. At this point, Lydia would never be sure about anything concerning this blonde boy. “So, uh, if you’re bored with this we could walk along the Walk of Fame and see some of the crazy stuff that goes on there. If not we could always walk past Disney or something? I mean, it’s whatever you’d like to do.”
He simply nodded, and then weighed her question. Walk of Fame seemed... over popular to see, and he wasn't too interested. At the same time, Disney might bring back memories, and Julian wasn't in the modd for that. But he just shrugged for a second and then responded, "Disney I guess." He knew that he had to just make it through the day with Lydia without him running off or without him reminiscing too deep, and everything would be okay.

"No, it’s just fun to kick pebbles," Alison said.  She dropped the pebble he handed to her and kicked it along as they walked.  She pushed some hair out of her face, chuckling.  "If I was angry, I’d just use my words or find a pillow to punch or something like that."Â
Ali continued walking and kicking the pebble along until they reached the Florist. Â She kicked the pebble into the street and watched a car zoom past, leaving it in the dust. Â She smiled.
"Gee, I feel bad for the pebbles," Julian said watching her kick it over and over again. "Though I suppose that's true." He normally took his anger out by walking around aimlessly. He remembered the nights of asking why too many times in his head, angry at the world because he lost Chel-- He stopped the flow of thoughts, shutting it down.Â
He soon saw the florist's shop in front of them, and he swung the door open for her. Even from there the potent smell of roses and daisies and lavenders wafted through the air. He found it unpleasant.

Lydia heard his question, tilting her head to one side as she stared at Dick Van Dyke’s handprints. Think you’ll ever get your handprint here? The question seemed to ring out in her head a million and a half times. She sighed, shrugging. “I don’t know honestly. I mean, I don’t think I’m nearly talented enough for something like this. but that doesn’t mean someone else won’t I suppose,” she said, glancing up at Julian for only a moment before returning her gaze to the handprints.
Julian didn't mean to say the question, but he knew that he wasn't meant to stick his hand in wet cement and have his handprint idolized here. "How do you know? Anything can happen," he said. This was a weird side of him, but it was something to distract himself. He kept reading name after name and looked at print after print.
