Theo chuckled, crossing his arms and turning to face the other boy. “It’s fine; I’m sarcastic enough to cover both of us.” Tilting his head to study his face, he added, “They can be fun... If they’re done right. Did someone bring you here?”

i think soccer’s a great hobby for those who actually have a future in it. but hey, the more you’re on the field, the less time you have to play eenie meenie miney mo in the hallways and chose your next victim. i don’t know theo, how do you feel knowing that next year i can list this as an extra curricular on my application to yale and you’ll still be here in walnut bragging about being a soccer star to get laid ?
you forget that girls ask me for certain things all the time, and if they assume further—well, that’s not on me. you know what ? you’re going to be one of those ivy girls who dates some guy who’s boring and snobby and marries chad or andrew or whatever the fuck his name is. and your life will be average and boring and not worth working your ass off for. you’re probably not even going to get the chance to actually do what you want, because your husband is a whiny, needy dick and you can’t stand not doing what people expect of you.
