Tattooing a chessboard to their skin, and using chess pieces attached to long, serrated needles, sticking em into the flesh for every move

Whenever a piece is inserted or removed, you twist it to pull out more flesh

Taking metal pieces, heating them, and brandishing them into their skin whenever the piece dies

offensive chess 2:

ripping out their person's teeth for each chess piece, shoving them back into their bleeding gums when the piece gets killed off

shoving chess pieces in someones ears till they bleed out
