Honestly I'm surprised you're on tumblr but don't know, but Mpreg is short for Male Pregnancy, which is what it says on the tin. It's a not-so-common-not-so-rare type of fetish and I ask for people to be respectful about it. To each their own, what's for me may not be for you etc etc
