A little feature of this wine today. A Rosso di #Montepulciano DOC from #Avignonese. You may have heard of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano which is the step above the Rosso in this appellation. Made with 100% Sangiovese it's bright with red fruits, medium bodied and the weight of the wine, the flavour of the fruit and the acidity balance each other out nicely. It's the kind of wine that will transform your spag bol big style. Nic (@mrgoodzouk ) become a huge fan of this style since his honeymoon spent in Tuscany and he just can't get enough of it.
