I am an aspiring writer and lover of words, some of which I can even spell correctly. I have a number of writing/game interests, mostly Bloodborne (Micolash my beloved) and Baldur's Gate 3 (Astarion also my beloved). I am also working on some original fiction.
My fanfics are found on Ao3 exclusively. Much of what I write is explicit, but not always - be sure to check the ratings and tags!
Commissions are currently CLOSED but you can always ask (see Carrd for details).
More below about my works after the cut...
*~*~*~*
YOUR NAME IS JANE (working title) is my WIP involving a magical assassin sent to kill the leader of a technology cult, but disappears during the process. The story is about identity and the self, and how much of yourself you can lose and still *be* yourself.
No ETA, just writing and having a good time with it.

Some of my longer fic works (all found on AO3):
The Vampire Ascendant's Wife (Mature). Baldur's Gate 3. Set 200 years after the Netherbrain is defeated, a human accountant named Rickard Musgrove becomes entangled in the lives of Lord Astarion Ancunin and his wife Lady Taviana (Tav) Ancunin. There is a portrait of the Lord and Lady as well as an in-character mood tumblr of Lady Taviana Ancunin (aka my Tav).
The Spider's Ascent : (Explicit). Bloodborne. Micolash/Rom and Edgar/Rom. Rom is a scholar working with the Healing Church to aid their attempts to understand the Great Ones. When Micolash, her former lover, wants to see her again after many years, Rom must rediscover what it means to love and be loved as an older, independent woman.
A Contract of Flesh and Blood : (Explicit). Bloodborne. Micolash/Female Hunter, and other pairings. Before they all became influential in the history of Bloodborne, they were scholars on a shared quest for truth. And they were all human, with very human needs. Somehow Morgan Elliot, disciple of Gehrman, found herself in the middle of history being made. (A pre-game Byrgenwerth story.)

About me: I am a mom and wife, I have a degree in English Literature, I prefer tea over coffee, and I have two cats named Ophelia and Rosalina.
In Bloodborne, the player's power, knowledge of the world, ken of the story, it all depends on Insight. Insight is coveted by the Church, the Choir, Byrgenwerth, the School of Mensis alike; having Insight means being Enlightened.

Awooo~!
you ever felt that? i mean, really felt any of that? / yeah, tell me again how you feel it. yeah, tell me again / how it fills the chest, fills the head, fills the lungs. tell me again what it means to find god in your sock drawers. tell me again.
It is November of 1893. You have just killed a vampire. Exhausted and worn, you close your eyes and rest.
You wake up. It is May of 1893. You are on a train en route to Transylvania. Your diary says you have had queer dreams lately.
You try to believe it.
(An old woman puts a rosary in your hands. You accept it without question.)
You are a guest in a castle you have never been in before (you recognize every hallway and know without trying that every door is locked). Your host is a man you have never met before (you killed him you killed him you killed him he had turned to dust and there was blood on the snow).
One morning you cut yourself while shaving.
There is nobody behind you in the pocket mirror’s reflection.
You turn fast, and the razor is like a Kukri knife in your hand.
Still just a silly WIP from traditional doodle I made in class work packet to digital Micolash boogaloo, miiiight rework a lot of the whole thing testing dif colors and whatnot. Just been playin around with it ^
From a rainy day and having to pay dental bills comes a new Micolash headcanon.
What if while he was alive he had braces?
Think about it. Braces (and really any sort of dental science to straighten out teeth) were historically limited in scope. From:
It's almost hard to remember a time when braces weren't metal wires fastened to your teeth, but Invisalign is helping to make the past feel
It wasn’t until the 1900’s that the term “braces” became widely used, but we know that the first modern braces for teeth were actually created by Christophe-Francois Delabarre in 1819. A wire ‘crib’ was placed directly over each set of two teeth, in hopes of keeping them in place. Dr. Edward Maynard added elastics to the system in 1843 to improve jaw alignment, similar to modern braces. E.J. Tucker improved the design 3 years later and made it more comfortable for patients. Another major achievement came in 1864 when Dr. S.C. Barnum created the modern dental dam. Our dentists still use a version of the dental dam today. It is a thin piece of latex that fits around the teeth, protecting the gums from work being done on the teeth. It is crucial in orthodontics to be able to fit braces (which until recently were made of metal) without damaging the gums. Without the dental dam, modern braces wouldn’t be possible. Unfortunately, up until the 1890’s most dentists were under the impression they needed to remove several teeth to make room for their techniques to straighten teeth. Just imagine getting braces but being told you’ll lose a few molars as a result. Henry A. Baker was the first to combine many of the previous techniques and make modern braces, well, more modern.
Doesn't this device kinda look like a cage (but for the mouth)?
It could explain why the mensis cage has a little gap for the mouth in its bars. Having been caged in life, Micolash in Mensis now has the freedom to talk clearly....and never stop talking....
Advice From a Librarian to Combat the U.S. Literacy Crisis #1:
If you don't read books: Read a book. Read any book. Read a book you loved when you were a kid. Read a book that interests you now. Read an entire collection of poetry or essays and think about why the author or editor arranged those works in that order. Read an erotic novel. Read nonfiction. Read graphic novels or manga. Read a kids' chapter book or a YA novel. Read a book digitally. Read a book on paper. Read an audiobook and really focus on it - if you notice yourself spacing out, scroll back to the last words you remember and try listening again. Read any book. And then when you finish it, celebrate for a minute (get those endorphins going!) and then read another one.
If you read books: Try reading a book that intimidates you. Maybe it's thick. Maybe it uses archaic language. Maybe it's a book that was translated from a language you don't speak into a language you do speak. Maybe it's a genre you don't normally read. Maybe it's the same kind of book as always, but you put your phone away and really focus on reading for 20 to 30 minutes at a time. (I know I've been struggling with this.) What scares you about reading? What challenges have you been avoiding? Try getting out of your comfort zone just a tiny bit, celebrate for a minute, and then try again.
