i am reading this book at the moment. it is a quite lenghty but full of invaluable knowledge about this man. i, myself am from a fromer ussr country and the only thing i can say that west and many other countries try to paint putin as a villain but when you start your own research and read about him and watch his speeches your brain begins to connect the dots really. if you want to learn something about him, my advice is, try to learn about russian people and their stance first. do not fall for the propaganda, especially for the american ones lol

these days i have been experimentig to find the best time of the day to study i have tried to stay awake after fajr prayer which now is 4 a.m however i failed because even though i take a nap during the day still i feel like zombie when i stay awake after fajr. And i can not study during the day for the love of god because there are so many distractions and noise so i decided to try night time studying. I was not keen on this because i was desperately trying to get shut eye before waking up for praying however it turned out to be the best time for me to study. so now i just do not sleep till fajr and study from 10 p.m to like 3 a.m. i liked studying at night because i surely know that i will sleep after ending the study session and praying. It is been 3 days, i feel good and studying does not bother me anymore.

After not studying for a month (i was volunteering in a government agency) I decided to get my study motivation back so I created a plan of 8 hours of study session (with breaks of course) and I did it yes I studied for 8 hours after not opening a book for a month aaand let me tell you something IT WAS THE WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE. Omg at some point i just thought I was going to die but whatever i survived and decided not to do thing like that ever again. I have to ease myself to study little by little like 1 or 2 hours a day then I can increase it without feeling like dying.

Am watching The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey and it just reminds me of when I first read LOTR, and how I tried to adapt a more elvish lifestyle: sheer curtains, plants, minimalism, spending time outdoors just to be among nature. I now realize I'm actually a hobbit who has a very full home and prefer to stay inside reading books. Actually I'm just Bilbo I think.
