ok so i dont know if anyone thought of this already but like this is gonna have lodestar spoilers so for people who haven’t read it yet back away now
ok so like we all know that keefe is the lodestar initiative right?
and like fintan and the black swan were like vague as heck regards to what was gonna happen on Nightfall or whatever but i can guess that somethign e p i c is gonna happen
like if sophie is supposed to bring change to the world etc. and has all this cool talents and she’s gonna be a figure of peace or something like (by my theory)
so like what if the lodestar initiative was about creating a weapon?
like remember in lodestar gisela like took keefe to that weird place so he can put his blood there or something and gisela was all about how blood being really powerful and all and like guys
wHAT IF KEEFE IS THE WEAPON???
(what would be his powers tho? like bending emotions or something)
remember how fintan took keefe to the forbidden cities so he can feel their emotions and stuff? like why would fintan even bother to do that unless he had some ulterior motives
and remember how gisela was like “don’t let the neverseen get their hands on my son” or something like that when she was super supportive about the grp but then she suddenly jumped ship??
and dex making this theory about sophie being project moonlark and keefe being the lodestar initiative and maybe they were made to be enemies or something like that??
i dont know but right now like i have these visions of fintan somehow controlling keefe and using him as a weapon and like how much that would hurt sophie cause she’s lost so many friends and even keefe at some point and she ain’t gonna let it happen again
(also like i have this really epic scene in my head wherein keefe’s totally being controlled and the only way to snap him out of it is to make him remember strong emotions and stuff so sophie kisses in front of like everyone and it just suprises keefe so much that he returns to his former self again jut before he was gonna use his new powers to kill everyone ahhh)
