Someday someone will be the last person to ever think about you and you will ultimately cease to exist.

“Your eyes. Your eyes. Eyes with teeth. Terrible as obsidian. The days to come in those eyes, the days gone by. And beneath that fierceness, something ancient and tender as rain.”

I’m not feeling well. It is not for the first time I’ve fallen sick not because of any disease but because of your absence in my life. My soul is aching. My eyes are red. Like a useless person I’m aimlessly lying on the bed. I don’t have anything to say and your name is all that comes out of me when my mouth opens even a bit, I seal it again, engulfing our memories, swallowing your name, inside me I feel there’s no sunshine but just the hurricane. There’s no life within me now, no hope, no health, no happiness, just you, your voice, your memories and our moments.

If the phrases “Nothing in life is free” and “The best things in life are free” are both true. Then life really sucks.

The sun doesn’t really rise in the morning. It’s more like your side of the planet just rolled out of bed.
How’s that for existential?
“Some old wounds never truly heal, and bleed again at the slightest word.”

The ones that love us put us back together. Remember that.
