Reminds me of resi,s with 36 hours duty. For me, lack of sleep makes things blurry and hazy leading to more mistakes. I badly want to comfort them (not all hospital) especially when they just cry in the corner due to toxicity of workload and sleep is a luxury. Then the govt doesn’t even bat an eye for the healthcare in our country when so many hcws need a proper compensation for them not to go abroad and have a brain drain here.
