Aight yāall, we all know cheese is an addiction, and Mac n cheese is one of my personal vices. Thus, Iāve done a bit of messing about and constructed a recipe for low-cal, vegan Mac n cheese. Does it taste/look like the real thing? Not completely, because itās as low cal as it gets. But I like it personally and it gets me full and satisfies that cheesy craving.

- This recipe wields about 3-4 portions, or you can eat it all at once (though personally I only would for OMAD).
-Total: 438 cals.
-1 portion (1/3 of total) 146 cals.
(Normal Mac ān Cheese, 2 cups: 620 cals)
šIngredients:š
-2.5 packets tofu shirataki Mac noodles (20 per pack)
- 1 cup silken tofu (188)
-1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened (50)
-5 Tbsp nutritional yeast (150)
-1/2 tsp salt (0)
-1/8 tsp garlic powder (0)
-1/2 tsp ACV (0)
-(recommended) pepper / paprika to taste
šPreparation:š
Follow directions for noodles; leave drying on a pan on low heat while you do the rest.
Blend all other ingredients with blender/hand blender, transfer to pot and stir on low heat til hot enough for you.
Mix together and enjoyāØ
