💓 how do they act when they realize they’re in love/have a crush?
honestly? i think simeon would be joyous when he realises his feelings, because harbouring affection for someone is always such a nice feeling, but true love hits different. it warms his heart to know that he could care so much for and hold so much love for somebody.
i don’t think simeon would act too different though. as much as these feelings are completely new, being around you would feel like being around his other half. you complete him, and strip him of the need to act like anything but himself. the conversations between you and simeon flow so smoothly, the both of you are like magnets with each other, and the only real change that i can imagine simeon going through is acting more physically affectionate. as an angel, he tends to be reserved with that kind of thing unless he’s around people he loves. he finds himself often putting a gentle hand on your thigh, or wrapping an arm around your waist.
can’t say that they feel like regular friendly touches. but you can definitely feel the chemistry between you and simeon anyway, and it makes you realise your feelings for him at the same time he realises his.
🍀 what’s their love language?
physical touch 100%. angels aren’t the type to usually get touchy-feely with just anyone, being some of the most loving but also some of the most emotionally reserved beings. simeon shows his love by letting you closer than he lets anyone else— he’s a particularly big fan of giving soothing belly or back rubs, and whenever he cuddles with you, he cradles the back of your head with a hand like he’s protecting you from the world. he might consider himself your guardian angel, after all.
😱 what makes them worry about their s/o the most?
ooh, as much as lucifer and simeon can have their differences, i’d have to say that they’re pretty similar when it comes to this question. simeon is used to the unpredictability of mortal life, and it’s something that makes him worry about his partner the most. the unknown, the mere idea that something, anything, could happen and that he might not be able to be there for his partner? that’s scary to him.
but aside from that, he really worries whenever you get allergies. it’s just a concept that’s hard to grasp and hard to deal with for a being like simeon. like you could eat a peanut and just die like that? he’s religiously screening anything you consume for your allergens, and if you’re allergic to dust or pollen, he guesses he’ll just have to resist the urge to keep you in a bubble and instead give you a good mask while keeping your nasal sprays on hand.
