After heâd helped Anderson out of the car, he picked up the food and started slowly leading the way up to the treehouse. He wished Anderson could still see the beauty of it, but he knew heâd remember it in every last detail. Eventually they got inside the treehouse, and Mason immediately dished out the food after heâd sat Anders down. âHere you go, beautiful.â He smiled, putting the plate in his lap and a fork in his hand then he sat next to him with his own. âI love you.â He murmured happily, leaning to kiss his cheek.
"I love you too," Anderson muttered before moving the fork, then pausing. He still couldn't eat by himself without making a mess, and he didn't want to embarrass himself in front of his boyfriend. A soft whimper left his mouth, but he tried to pass it off as a sigh. "Mase..." he said softly, still clutching the fork tightly, but looking down in the general direction of the food.
