her video begins with her sporting a matching athletic set from ETHIKA with her hands folded together. a dainty smile conformed to her lips as she parted them so that she could greet her subscribers. ❛ hey, what’s up guys? i’m here with a new video to show you guys the in’s and out’s of this getting right stuff. it’s definitely more than just working out, but also a lifestyle change too. ❜ the scene would speed up to show DAHLIA now placed in her kitchen ready to show her subbies just what she meant by a lifestyle change. ❛ i’m here in my kitchen to show you guys what i mean about lifestyle. i’ve been eating right ever since i could remember and that’s really where it all starts. ❜ opening her fridge, she went on in explaining just what she meant, ❛ i’m all about eating fruits, veggies and yogurt. you’ve got to treat your body right while you’re working out which means not gravitating towards process foods or junk food so often. trust me, your body will thank you in the long run. ❜ DAHLIA reassured her viewers while tossing her free hand in the air. ❛ so, i usually drink me a lot of smoothies and a lot of fruit salad. they really do the trick of substituting your sweet habit for something that gives you energy, but is actually doing something for you. ❜ the video would carry on in suggesting good alternatives before eventually shooting to her in her garage, where her workout equipment was placed.
shifting over her to her MATRIX bike, she eased her frame down onto the seating area. ❛ it’s a whole necessity that you get your twenty to twenty - five minutes of cardio in. if you’re not doing that, you’re not doing your workout’s right. i don’t care if you just jog around your neighborhood or in your house if you don’t have a machine, you gotta’ get that twenty - five minutes in. ❜ standing firmly on just what she was saying, DAHLIA proceeded to start moving on her machine, only fast forwarding until she only had five minutes left on her cardio. ❛ and if you think by finessing the time and only doing five or ten minutes that you’re doing something i’ve got news for you, you’re only hurting yourself. so, make sure that you’re falling through on getting at least twenty minutes in. i’m twenty in and i’m going to do five minutes more before i move over to doing jump romping for at least two minutes. ❜ the scene would speed up to DAHLIA doing her two minutes before she ultimately ended up on her mat to do a bit of stretching before starting her crunches. she’d carry on in crunches before adding in some other creative workouts, ultimately walking towards her deep squat machine, DAHLIA immediately reached for the grab bars in order to do fifteen of them so that she could now wrap up her workout session. ❛ i am beat guys! like, whew, but i want to thank you guys for staying until the end of the video and i hope that you guys continue to rock with me and watch my videos. i love you guys and i’ll see you in my next video! ❜
❛ definitely going to the zoo for the first time that i can remember with my siblings. not only did we all act a damn fool, but we had a good time too, almost even got kicked out because AXEL tried to feed an animal that was close to extinction human food. we were an adventurous bunch. ❜
❛ i feel like i go above and beyond for the people i love, so whatever they need i got them with whether that be advice or looking out for them when they’re at their lowest financially. ❜
❛ — I don’t know about us being in this old museum all night, but anything for two spicy sandwiches extra pickle and a large lemonade. ❜ Eros made himself right at home after he retrieved his food, ignoring the calls he was receiving from his father. Not only was it his first night back in town, but he was already throwing himself back into events, he wasn’t trying to be lectured for living his life tonight. ❛ — Has anybody here actually played Clue, or seen the movie, or am I alone in that? ❜
❛ i have a bad habit of sticking to what i know and love, and that includes their sauces. ❜ DAHLIA playfully rendered with a shrug of the shoulders. ❛ i get the barbecue and zesty buffalo and call it a day! ❜ a jokingly proud smile possessed her lips as she chuckled to herself. ❛ damn, they did a version of it too? now i’ma have to check it out since they made more than one version. but mystery games became my jam after playing CLUE as a board game. what about you? ❜
“Chic-Fil-A and Clue?” Amethyst exclaimed as she happlily jigged into the estate, her eyes catching a glimpse of the food being catered for the night. “Did I die and go to Heaven or am I high and hallucinating?”
her low chuckle continued to flow as she listened to the woman. ❛ right? that place has some of the worst nuggets. ❜ her features coming together to squint in displeasure of them before she shook her head then after. ❛ i remember playing CLUE all the damn time as a board game which feels like forever ago, but i think i’m as ready as i’m going to be. ❜ reaching for one of the frosted lemonades, she added a straw an unused straw. ❛ okay! because we can’t play this game parched. i didn’t think i’d like their frosted lemonades, but to be real, they go so hard after having an original sandwich. you can’t go wrong with any of their drinks though. ❜
