He watched that entire tragedy from a far. Truly, it was something new, but it wasn’t very entertaining. He paused, and kept quiet when the Queen spoke to him. He refused to answer her, as his eyes flashed brighter than ever through the dark shadows he was residing in.
Finally, he slowly ambled forward, and raised his left hand to halt the men aiming their guns directly at his face. He finally escaped the shadow he was in, revealing his identity. Izuru Kamukura, the Ultimate Hope for all of mankind.
“ There is no need to shoot, ” he said quickly. ” I am not an enemy, nor an ally. Now put your weapons away. ”
His voice was soft and monotone, echoing in the back alley where the scene played out. She stood tall as he approached. She would, of course, not give the signal for them to put their weapons down. She had no idea who this other person was. She has no idea how much he saw, or if he would tell anyone. Though... She refused to think about it. This was just an errand for Junko, after all. An errand she did not give, unfortunately, but Sonia carried out in her name.
“I am afraid I cannot comply to your wishes.” She stated, stepping out fro behind her men. They would shoot if he lunged. They were trained dogs who would lick her ass if she asked. “You cannot be considered an ally until you prove who you are. Do you not understand how these kinds of situations work?”
“N-No, please! Don’t!”
The foolish man that stood in front of her pleaded. She crossed her arms and stared down. This man that her two attendants had pinned down was another scum of the earth. To attempt to go against her wishes... Junko would not have been happy if she learned of this. She kept silent, just snapping her fingers as the two men quickly shot into his flesh. Blood splattered everywhere as he let out a last yelp before going quiet. Quickly, the two men began to attend to Sonia, pulling fresh white handkerchiefs out of their pockets and checking their Queen for any... spots. She could not get dirty, after all. Nothing could touch her pureness. Her gentle, humble white heart would never be stained by a dark crimson or a terrifying black hue. She crossed her arms. Their work here was done, wasn’t it? Then, perhaps she should--
“Who goes there?!”
She shouted, turning around to see a figure walking towards them. Her men pulled out their guns once again, pointing them at the dark shadow.

Sonia, how does the government of novoselic work? What is its makeup?
“Our government? That is a strange question. However, I see no problem in answering it. Please, do not be afraid to ask for clarification. I am more than happy to speak about the country I love.”
“Novoselic is divided into 16 districts, laid down by the royal family over 200 years ago. It is similar to the idea of a ‘state’, however, they do not have independent power and governing abilities of their own. The best way to describe them would to be a county of sorts. However, I am going on a tangent.”
“These 16 districts all elect a representative for them every ten years to be involved in our version of a parliament. The king or queen acts at the head while these 16 individuals are the ones mainly choosing laws and other issues pertaining to the country itself. The only time the king or queen has a say in their decision is if it comes to a tie. This has only occurred three times in the past 50 years, however. If the issues arises, then the king or queen places their vote on which side they wish to take. They always vote with the general populous in mind. These meetings happen once every two months and generally last... anywhere from 18 to 20 hours? I have been attending with my father since I was in middle school. It is a wonderful experience to watch grown men argue for hours on end.”
“The king or queen holds the powers such as the President of the United States. They have the ability to mostly declare war, but the King’s Council, as they are known, must vote before any war is declared. The can introduce legislature, an act I have been indulging in as of recent, but once again, the Council must vote before anything becomes law. The King or Queen are allowed to veto, but this has only happened once or twice in the past 100 years. We mainly act as figureheads, but do hold some power here and there.”
