Intro page!!
Hello! I am Okara, as I’m known online, I am an 19yr old artist. I’ve been drawing for about 6 years now, I started around the whole lock down. I’ve always had big creative ideas swirling around in my head and I got tired of not being able to get them out. So I learned to draw. It was difficult, but got easier as I progressed. I most often draw stuff from whatever I’m fixated on at the moment.

I also have been a martial artist (Taekwondo) for the past 10 years. I am a 1st Dan black belt, got it on October 13th. Means a lot to me. I should’ve been a black belt 4 years ago but between Covid and my master getting sick we couldn’t test. I competed in too many tournaments to count, mainly sparring ones. I’ve competed in state qualifiers and qualified for nationals in each one. I never competed at nationals but I went to the one in 2019 to support my team mates who were competing. And i would love to get my 2nd Dan and so on and so forth, but its costs 1k per rank up. Soooo…im content knowing i have the experience of a 3rd Dan. Taekwondo has woven itself so deeply into my character that I couldn’t change the effect on me and my values if i tried my hardest to.
