North has a hard day. Everything that could go wrong went wrong and even South is staying out of his way or trying to comfort her twin. It really doesn't work and he's so stressed out and upset and just wants to get back to his room now before things can get any worse And in his room is York with ropes, women's panties on(they're lacy and in his colors oh fuck him York just had to do that to him) and various other things as well as a proposition. York, being the best buddy ever(bf or fuck buddy let's be real) is there and ready to give North complete and utter control over him to help relieve stress and allow him to feel like he actually has control over something in his life that day And of course North will turn him down at first probably. And then suddenly he's sitting on his bed with York in his lap, kissing him and rutting against his leg and fuck if he wasn't actually going to go along with this [12:12:22 AM] Captain Butch Flowers: And he just [12:13:17 AM] Captain Butch Flowers: He's so into it. Au where the Dakota family has a nice, big Thanksgiving with their kids and their kids partners. They're very supportive of their hella gay kids too. North shows up with York and Wash and South shows up with Sister. They're those parents that are all smiles and very welcoming and everyone that comes into their house is instantly another child to them p much. They're all jokes and smiles while Sister makes her weird, sexual comments while North just sighs and Wash is all "Wait what?" and York eggs her on and joins in probably while South grins and is all "yup. that's my girl" And of course at the end when everyone is about to leave, they're standing at the front door getting coats on and here comes Mama and Papa Dakota with leftovers for them to take home, smiles on their faces, and guns. Cue the whole "Break our kids hearts, we'll be hunt you down like we did the turkey we had for dinner!" And it totally freaks them out and North and South are just all "mom, dad no. we can take care of ourselves. stop. no, you're embarrassing stahp"

Okay, now hear me out though. Kaikaina Grif and Agent South Dakota meeting. South pretty much saying "Nope, fucking veto, she comes with us. She's ours now" when North is all "Yeah, but South, the danger. We can't". South lives and her and Kai go on to become badass space pirates with North stuck along for the ride.

She wouldn’t call it bumping. No, that South would preserve for when she actually made only brief physical contact with someone. This wasn’t brief contact. It had been richly colored skin sliding over her stomach. It had been a woman with beautiful dark hair holding her close and not quite getting her hands into South’s pants. It had been lips at the back of her neck before the girl had dragged her up to a private room with a name plate reading ‘Manager.’ No, it wouldn’t count as bumping into each other. It’s better than that.

Okay but imagine the Griflings run a flower shop and the Dakota twins own and run the tattoo parlor next door.

Imagine the Griflings going and getting each others names tattooed somewhere on their body. Grif puts Kai’s name on his arm or something. Kai gets “Dex” in fancy script with roses and swirls as her tramp stamp.

Imagine the Griflings going to the Dakota Twins place since its literally right there and North takes care of Grif while South snorts and totally does Kai’s tramp stamp. Imagine the two of them snorting the whole time and talking and totally becoming bros over time. Imagine South and Sister sleeping with each other on the side for the hell of it. Imagine South and Sister getting in a great relationship with each other though
