🪻Cozy player and builder, always struggling to choose between two. That's why in my current save I just gave up, mixed building and gameplay and started a chill build-a-world challenge. So right now this blog is my playthrough archieve

📜 I'm still testing the rules (basically inspired by all similar challenges I've seen) and it's not like someone needs my pile of spreadsheets anyway. But in short I just started in an empty save and now I'm completing aspirations (+ community lot) and maxing skills/careers (+ characters)

Simblr Let's Get Talking June 2026 Monthly Challenge Framed Scenery Pics Collab!

This was a scheduled post before my taking a SLGT break, so I will still be doing this!

The June Monthly Challenge is pretty cool (I think?)

You must take a scenery screenshot. It can be of any world in any game, or any area, it just has to be a scenery screenshot of some kind. City, forest, beach, Sixam, Magic Realm, whatever!

I will then be gathering up all of the screenshots and will be making a piece of Sims 4 custom content with all the screenshots which will be released around the 29th-30th June. However, due to various things, it may end up being early July instead. It will either be framed wall art or a wall calendar or something similar, I haven't decided yet but it'll be something of that nature.

It does not matter if you don't use ReShade or GShade or SWRE, anyone can enter! BUT NOTHING AI-EDITED OR GENERATED!

The deadline of entry for this fun collab is the 28th June.

You will ALL be credited by your Tumblr username in the download post AND in-game item description.

If you do this, make sure to tag this blog so that I definitely see it! OR tag @freezerbnuuy. I will only be making the custom content for Sims 4, but once I do, if you want to convert it to Sims 2 or Sims 3 you're welcome to.

I finally finished it ! 🎉

After 3 days I finally finish the Boba tea tales house for the first generation - Brown sugar.

I challenged myself and try to build a house which will match for the first generation and it's been a while I was inspired about it. And I was like why not building a French farmhouse style instead of the American traditional ranch. I think it's work quite well. Of course I'm building with. no cc. The video will be upload later today and also the house in the gallery.

Simblr, Let's Get Talking! 25th May '26 - Boss Makes a Dollar, I Make a Dime...

One for the gameplayers this time. I'm exhausted from work and also on the verge of potentially losing my job, so I guess it's time to talk Sim careers, where you ring up the phone or go on the computer and get the damn job almost right away.

What jobs do you tend to give your Sims?

Do you ever try to max out career levels, or do you just get to a point where your Sim can comfortably live on the Simoleons?

Do you have a favourite career line in your Sims game?

If you don't play Sims with careers, or your chosen challenge doesn't let you have one, what methods do you use to make Simoleons with your Sims?

I love gameplay questions a lot I can yap about my gameplay and love for this game for hours

Tendency

I don't know if I have any tendencies, I just pick what fits characters the most. In my current save most of the sims are jobless, they spend most time taking care of their garden/business, and I have a feeling it's going to stay that way, because well it's fantasy, non-medieval-but-not-exactly-modern save with cottagecore aesthetic, of course they are like this. On the other hand there are plenty jobs that fit the vibe (including Noble career, I want aristocrats!), so I'm not strict about it (tho my challenge has specific rules about employing sims).

Maxing out

Currently my challenge gives me points for maxing out careers, so yeah, everyone who I give a job should ideally reach the top of it. And my previous gameplay was me testing the reaper career, so I tried to max it out too. Generally... I don't exactly pursue this, I just play my sims long enough for them to go the full way. I think I can stop at half only if character's story really needs this (like if I want a simple teacher, not administration for example).

Favourite

I don't think so. I like open careers, I like rabbit holes, I like choosing between it, I like business, I like not having a job and relying on the garden... I just love exploring the game in general and doing any tasks it gives me (and if it brings money for my sims to pay bills, ideally, because bills are HUGE with the way I build).

Other ways

GARDENING of course, and farm in general, yay cows, chickens, llamas, goats... I really like when sims make money with their crafts too, I like collecting, and it really became more fun with foraging. I like fishing too, but it doesn't bring many money so far, only when you accidentally catch tablet or voodoo doll.

Honeydews went to Granite Falls again for holiday, but unfortunately the weather wasn't very fitting. It didn't stop them from having a great time together 💐

And it didn't stop them from rummage through the whole shack for eggs 💀 this family is wild about collections, don't mess with them
