what are some of your reccomended coping skills?
My go to is usually finding something I fixate on and running it dry.
But when that doesn't work I'll juggle a few hobbies, I recommend juggling hobbies anyways so they don't go stale as fast. It can vary from just talking to all kinds of people, learning stuff from searching the internet/watching videos, reading books/manga/fanfiction, drawing, writing, playing video games, etc
So long as it doesn't really harm anyone I think most hobbies are healthy. What do you normally occupy your time with?
Do you prefer indoors, outdoors
stuff that requires lot of thought or more simple?
If you're not sure just give multiple stuff a shot and see how you feel about it, dear.
i usually like to spend time hiking, i also enjoy the arts and i dabble in a few other hobbies :0
