A friend of mine is moving away and I feel distraught. I wish it didn't take him moving for me to realize just how much I care for him. It goes to show how easy it is to take people and your moments with them for granted. I think people are so desperate to be individual that they end up just like someone else. The moment you prioritize being unique over being yourself, you fall in line with everyone else.
