something i struggle with in having ehlers-danlos syndrome is dealing with fatigue and body pain. I try to encourage myself to still create on bad days whatever I can, usually i’ll have stuff near me in case I get inspired, notebooks, my sketchbook, pencils, etc

I’m learning to be okay with not always creating though, taking rest when I need it
