It damages portions of the brain and the body starts losing fat and muscle, it is usually accompanied with a wide stance and swaying gait, lowered head and drooping ears, drooling, and lack of fear of humans— sometimes even aggression.

When I was younger I thought King Candy was an actual character in the game and was Vanellope's grandfather or something and Turbo just kidnapped him, kept him in the fungeon and pretended to be him. (Like he shapeshifted into him, kind of like an alternate from TMC).
