I think Luke would LOVE going on dates to like... Museums. The ones with art or the ones with historical stuff, it doesn't matter to him. He thinks it's all neat. He'd be super excited the whole time but also like. Trying to play it cool. His S/O would have to deal with being dragged by the hand from exhibit to exhibit, listening to him ramble about how beautiful/fascinating everything is

Luke being able to point out cool facts about stuff to impress his s/o and will fawn over stuff he finds the most interesting is something he would do. If he does stop talking about and you push to know more just to see him happy and to hear him talk it makes him feel good.

Bonus if you know stuff about the topic and keep telling him facts about it on the way back home, it makes him happy

(Luke definitely deserves a break to go to a museum and I can see him liking musicals)
