💓💪🏼👠#Repost @rksolidnyc - Ok ladies.... In honor of today’s women’s march, I’m sharing a moment from last spring that was one of my favorites of 2017, it was a day we celebrated women and strength. SOLID AF was an event I felt compelled to put on to bring women together to sweat combining stretching, strength training and of course embracing our feminity in dance! One of my dear friends (and also one of @beyonce ‘s dancers), @oliviacipolla got us in 👠 and get our bootylicious on! We broke bread together and spoke from the heart with @jaimeschehr on holistic nutrition, entrepreneurship with @unemployeddenim and holistic living with vulnerability with @wellaware_ from @mindbodygreen ... and we donated all our funds to @girlsinc #! We stood in our own power that day and owned it. We felt the potency of being surrounded by female energy and the support that came with it. I couldn’t agree more that Steph women empower one another. To quote @livinheels - you will never lose your flame 🔥 by lighting another’s candle. I am not at the match today physically, but I am there in spirit. We are all, women and men alike, able to achieve anything we put our minds to. But don’t forget, if you want to go fast, go alone.
