ok so i went through a horrible depressive episode recently because of certain events (us election, personal events)

im not sure what triggered this episode but it really messed me up and i considered many things

this is the first time it ever got that bad and it was terrible.

i didnt shower for days on end, i was eating everything in sight, and i couldnt even cry about it

thats another problem ive been having

i genuinely cant cry

i wish i could

i cant

another thing is i genuinely feel like im going insane.

i cant remember things, i cant speak well, i cant formulate thoughts in any coordinated way, and i cant feel emotions the same as i did before

im anxious and self-conscious about everything, and im paranoid.

my dad thinks its possible i have GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) and/or ADHD (attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder)
