the time delay in omo is one of the most frustrating (I wanna be desperate NOW!) but also the most exciting. Just had the most embarrassing accident - I was outside and I needed to pee but I kept putting it off because I didn’t want to make the track all the way up through the garden into the house (plus I was enjoying it a little shhh) so I was just getting more and more squirmy, finally I almost couldn’t hold it anymore so I rushed inside and used the small bathroom off our back door I never normally use, and I rip down my underwear starting peeing as I’m sitting down, it’s hissing out of me but at least I made it right?

Wrong. Turns out someone had put the lid of the toilet down, and in our house we never normally do this and in my frantic dash to the toilet I hadn’t noticed, so instead of peeing into the toilet I was just pissing hard straight onto the lid of the toilet where it was pooling up and splashing off down my legs and onto the floor - in the moment it took me to process this it was already too late, so I figured might as well keep going and I relaxed into it, enjoying the feeling of my wet clothes all around me, a completely unplanned surprise.

Something I love about omo is that first "uh oh" moment. Maybe you've already had to go for a while, but it hasn't been a big deal- something you could ignore easily in day-to-day life. Maybe a little inconvenient if there isn't a bathroom close by, but not a big deal.

But then that first real wave hits you. Just for that moment, no matter what else you have going on, all your thoughts are suddenly on your bladder, as it squeezes down. Your mind is blank, except for the sensation; tight, aching, urgent, out of nowhere– maybe you make a noise, or cross your legs, or grab at yourself, maybe without even meaning to. It's hit you– that sudden jolt of need, when you know– if you carry on trying to hold it like this, it's going to come out anyway.

Usually that first strong urge fades again, for a little while, but you can't go back to pretending everything is fine. You've hit the point of no return– and if you don't have somewhere to go close by, you're suddenly in a lot of trouble.

controlling someone's bladder until they go from begging to be allowed to use the toilet to begging to be allowed to wet themself. they're so desperate and full of pee that they don't even care anymore they just wanna go, please, even if they have to make a mess, even if they have to go all over themself. or maybe they've been holding it in too long and they know they're not gonna be able to make it to the bathroom even if they start running right now, they're about to have an accident, so they become increasingly desperate in their pleas to be allowed to just let go in their clothes before they start pissing themself uncontrollably without permission in the next few seconds

Some of my favorite wetting scenarios

Wetting in front of a "bathrooms closed" sign because that was their last hope.

Having an accident because they're not allowed to leave to relieve themselves despite obviously being desperate.

Wetting themselves in the car right as they're turning into a gas station/rest area because they couldn't hold it anymore. (Bonus if it's not their car)

Character A tickling character B while they need to pee. Character B tends to use that excuse a lot so character A doesn't believe them until B starts wetting themselves uncontrollably.

A character frantically trying not to wet themselves while they're in line for the bathroom. They're dancing, holding themselves, etc but as soon as it's their turn, they wet themselves.

Character A jumps out at character B to scare them but they didn't know B was already about to pee themselves beforehand.

Crying after an accident!!!

Someone being too injured to get up and pee unassisted. They try to make it to the bathroom but collapse almost immediately into a puddle.

Peeing after sneezing/coughing.

Struggling with their belt in front of the toilet, which causes them to pee because of all the increased pressure on their bladder.

Someone wetting themselves in public because they couldn't find a bathroom on time.

Getting stuck in an elevator while desperate to pee. (Bonus if they're terrified of elevators).
