Two years ago my biggest worry Was how pretty I was Or how skinny I needed to be When I should have been focusing On my ability to socialize. A year ago my biggest worry was whether or not a boy would love me like I loved myself When i should have been focusing on my ability to love and not lust. Today my biggest worry is not my face or my body I am content with it and so are they Now I have to focus On giving more hugs instead of head. Next year I hope my biggest worry Is not about when I lose my virginity or when I can get my next fix I hope I am focusing on my personality, To be the best I can be.

tumblr is so US-centric i’m afraid the majority of people on tumblr are going to stop fighting for LGBT rights now that same-sex marriage is legal in the US

please, please, please, don’t forget that this is NOT the end of our fight, and while the same-sex marriage may be legal in the US, there are still hundreds of countries where it isn’t legal (mine included) - and what’s worse than that - there are still countries where homosexuality is considered a disease/punishable by death. PLEASE don’t forget about that.
