Full AU idea - what if in episode 1, James pulled Clem and AJ out of the car instead of the Ericson kids. Imagine how wild that would be? You spend time recovering with James in the woods, and you just happen to stumble across the hunting/fishing party and massive freakouts ensue because neither group was expecting to see anyone in the woods. So Clem's dilemma would be more about whether to trust the "wild survivor" or the "community" and which would be better for AJ in the long run. -Pi

And when you throw in the delta on top of everything else?? Because despite which choice you make, Lilly’s going to be coming after Clementine with all her bullshit?? And it plays out differently depending on who you’ve sided with the most??

This whole idea would bring up so many new paths and choices and different interactions with the characters and I’m in love.

I just realized, in a GoT AU, Violet would be a Lannister.

But seriously, it would be so interesting. She grew up among assholes and her own family hates her, so she runs away to become some sort of mercenary or hedge knight and is hired by right Lord’s son Louis, who is probably never going to inherit anything because he has so many older brothers (for the sake of AU) so he spends his money on adventures and he needs a badass knight to make sure he doesn’t end up dead, and he stumbles across this badass girl who needs a job. They have been best friends ever since.
