FAMILY QUIRKS:

Maki Isamu (father; dead at 57 ): quirk: Object Possession, the ability to control simple items such as basic weapons and machines. Complex items are unable to be controlled. Movement is limited &. can only control up to three objects at a time. Drawbacks: loss of feeling in the fingertips after extended use, nerve damage in later life.

Maki Etsuko (mother; missing at 54 ): Quirk: minor hallucination, by expelling steam from her pours Etsuko is able to cloud the field with fog that can take shape into various simple forms that can be used as a distraction. drawbacks: higher body temperature and prone to fainting due to heat exhaustion. she doesn’t sweat much and needs to consume more water. often takes a water bottle to combat.

Maki Rin ( older sister, age: 25 ): an up &. coming support hero with a puppeteering quirk, by maintaining two hands, all fingers pressed down on a single person or object Rin is able to move the object or person at will. The more complex the movement, the more concentration it takes to complete said task. If the any of the hands or fingers are removed from the object, the “strings “ are broken. Drawbacks: internal bleeding along with nerve damage. Is prone to ulcers due to the stress that the body goes under.

Maki Kasumi ( older sister, age: 22 ): lost in life & working as an actor in some commercials here &. there. Kasumi’s quirk: Hallucination Shapeshifting, with a quirk taken from her mother. Kasumi covers her body with steam in order to change her appearance for a short time. She can only mimic things that she has seen &. touched before. Drawbacks: prone to heat exhaustion &. fainting. She gets heat rashes on her body chronically.

Maki Souma ( younger brother, age: 16 ): quirkless, is living with extended family. He was removed from the main branch of the family after he was found out to be quirkless.

Maki Fuyuko ( younger sister, age: 13 ): quirk: charm by maintaining a constant stream of conversation with one person, Fuyuko has a high chance of suggesting ideas for a person to do. The more complex the task, the harder that Fuyuko has to talk with the person. Drawbacks: it’s a hit or a miss, especially due to her age. Once the person is aware of the quirk, they cannot be controlled.
