So I just had a panic attack. I thought that spreading stress relief lotion all the way up my arms would help. It didn't, and now my arms are greasy. However, what did help was listening to Freaking Out by The Wrecks. I strongly recommend listening to it.

if you live in australia, which is considered "down under", instead of getting height do you get low becuz you are upside down? I need answers.
