My bestie and I spent chag coming up with a show called Dr Stoner. It’s Dr Stone but Senku is a druggie and reinvents science by accident trying to make different drugs. He gets the whole village high, and thats how he becomes the chief. His dream is to overdose on the moon. Taiju and Yuzuriha are his dealers. Tsukasa is just desperate to have a normal world, and to NOT have his sister grow up amongst these people, but by the time he wakes up from cold sleep she’s already an addict. Tsukasa sent Gen to be Senku’s therapist, but he switches sides when Senku offers to make him coke. They build a whole ship to sail to other continents to get new drugs. Kohaku is completely sober, she just really likes the chaos. Chrome starts as a “sorcerer” (he just found a bunch of shrooms) and Senku helps him refine his craft. Hyoga starts off on Tsukasa’s side, but he gets so annoyed by how improperly the village does drugs and teaches them how to be elegant about it. They accidentally find penicillin to cure Ruri while foraging for new stuff.
