I've been having a pretty good Yoga Challenge so far. I missed day 7 because I literally could not get out of bed. I'm on the fence about going today. Yesterday I went and it wasn't a very good experience. I took it easy and had an OK time in the poses, but I don’t want it to be that way. I want it to be pleasurable and I want to *want* to be there, not just go because reasons.
There’s a 3pm 90min Deep Flow and a 5pm 60 Min Power Yoga class that I can still go to, but I'm definitely not feeling the 11am class.
