My capacity for self-discipline has never been in question. I quite enjoy desirable difficulties.🤩

This post is to confirm I'm alive. I realized many things over these 30 days. Mostly that I was using social media as a perceived imagination of aliveness.

It's actual communication and shared experience that fill my soul. I want to be more deliberate in where I place my attention. My engagements here may be different going forward.

In this AI and algorithm driven world the real thing that matters to me is human connection. I want to nourish those sacred opportunities and support those I care about.

Ever discover in an intense moment a tiny detail of something you held in your mind for months incorrectly? Just a single word or something you misread the tone. You might have been prosecuting yourself or congratulating yourself and it turns out you just remembered it wrong. All of the sudden that memory becomes a different part of the structure of you. Kinda glorious really.
