if you had to drop out of a class you are not a failure
if you had to take time off school you are not a failure
if you had to leave school for good you are not a failure
your worth is not determined by academia and this goes doubly so for disabled people and others for whom school is set against them
Hey guys! I have been having many a panic attack lately, despite not being diagnosed with “clinical” anxiety. However, I have experienced enough to understand what helps with panic. After my most recent panic attack (two days ago), I realized I had to do something about it. I then created this with the help of my good friend @studyplants, and girlfriend @atomikid. I am not a doctor, so none of this is my own information, just resources to help yourself Love, Jolie xx

January 23 2017 // Day 9 of 30 // a photo of your desk in use
I’ve been pretty busy for the past two weeks and its been a while since I’ve posted anything. Finally found some time to relax today and decided to make some changes to my study space, I guess I’m going for an autumn black/gold/white theme? ( special thanks to @emmastudies for the wall art!)
I also really like this page of my hobonichi..I’ve been using it as a bullet journal/planner/sketchbook/journal and so far it’s been working out pretty well!
