Badami cave temples, Karnataka, India Well Travelled Vegan wrote: Whilst in Hampi you should travel to Badami to visit the Badami cave temples. There’s a number of Hindu temples including a Jain one dating back to the 6th century! It’s crazy to think that some of these carvings are over 1.4k years old. Can you believe it? You can still see the colour inside some of the caves. How they built these I don’t know, but they’re truly incredible!

Top tip: beware of the monkeys. They are smart and fast and we saw them steal a ladies purse in a blink of an eye. 🐒
