Ichi/kiryu is very erasermight to me. Aside from the golden retriever/black cat energy… theres SOMETHING THERE. It feels like a subverted erasermight in terms of personality.

All might = charismatic golden retriever energy but also very tired and passively suicidal; legend in his field yet feels likes a failure; gravely sick/dying; DOESNT KNOW HOW TO ASK FOR HELP/lone wolf type (only had one sidekick his entire hero gig)

Eraserhead = black cat with big loyal energy; sees past all might’s facade and encourages all might to keep living (while also being reckless himself lmao 😂😂😂😭😭😭); younger hero who wants to make sure soon to be heroes dont die on their job; despite his prickly personality actually has friends

Iw!Kiryu = black cat who is very tired and passively suicidal; legend in his field yet feels likes a failure; dying; DOESNT KNOW HOW TO ASK FOR HELP/lone wolf type (him asking date not to take back calling kiryu “his best friend” HAD ME IN SHAMBLES OK)

Ichiban = charismatic golden retriever with big loyal energy; also one who pushes for kiryu to keep living (while also being reckless himself lmao); younger ex-yakuza who wants to help ex-yakuza have a better future; i mean if he isnt the very embodiment of “save the world with the power of friendship” then idk anymore 😔😔😔

I like to think all might/ichi’s golden sunshine personality are exaggerated masks bc if they dont hold on to it they’ll fall into a pit of despair kek.

All of them very principled, very sad, very traumatized, very haunted by a tragic life. All very blorbo shaped.
