3. when does your muse think that violence is justified or deserved?

               were her circumstances in life different, t/omoe would have been a pacifist through and through.  she became a soldier to have a purpose in life,  and most of all because it made her feel useful and esteemed.  it was a way to put her nature as an oni  —  violence,  anger,  beastly mercilessness  —  to good use.  otherwise,  she would have lived and died most likely without shedding a single drop of someone else’s blood.  after all,  she was taught to repress her demonic half right from her early childhood.  and as such,  this refusal of aggression never really left her.  to t/omoe, violence is no more than a drastic means of ensuring defense. 

             when she does resort to using it,  she abandons all logic,  and does not spare any thought to whether the opposite party truly deserves it or not.  if they are an enemy of hers (either for personal or duty-related issues, though both kind of blend together),  that is reason enough to be violent. 

7. which personality trait(s) in others annoy your muse most?

             individuals who wrong those she loves the most are immediately subject to her hatred.  otherwise,  she doesn’t tend to make much of a judgement upon first contact.  that being said,  there are a few traits she specifically does not appreciate,  and depending on how blatant they are they may stain t/omoe’s opinion on that person.  unjustified treachery,  cowardice,  and sadism are a few of them.  she tends to dislike people who become easily enraged or aggressive as well,  but this is in reality just a product of what she dislikes in herself.  stemming from her upbringing,  it is at this point a subconscious disposition,  and will not incite hatred in her should she understand that the other is actually genuinely a good person.

            although she is normally quiet and more of a passive person,  one who seemingly wouldn’t force things on others,  t/omoe can be quite assertive and strict whenever push comes to shove.  what she lacks in proper leadership skills (rationality is not her forte...) is made up for in battlefield experience;  this allows her to access the situation extremely quickly,  to understand what needs to be done,  and how urgently it needs to be done (basically manifested in her knowledge of chaotic battle skill).  because of this,  she will not hold back on “giving orders” (despite it being rare for her to be in actual command roles) if the circumstances call for it,  and she will be pragmatic,  even rough,  while doing it.  

            in short,  whenever things get serious,  so does t/omoe,  and if needed she will shout at others to guarantee everyone’s cooperation.

the memory of yoshinaka is one t/omoe remembers fondly. she doesn’t mind talking about it at all (given you’re someone she trusts, of course) nor does she become gloomy at the mention of it— on the contrary, she will happily tell others about the qualities of her past lover. however, she does feel that there is something missing by her side whenever she is in combat, for example, and she does still regret not being able to prevent his death (or to be present at the time, for that matter) . t/omoe blames herself greatly for the defeat at the battle of awazu, and that same guilt is what makes up for the most part of her mourning.
