My top ten self love tips.

Invest in things that make yourself feel luxurious.
Candles, makeup, perfume, bags, shoes, whatever your cup of tea. No matter how big or small.

Workout multiple times a week.
Working out always helps my confidence, it makes me feel rejuvenated, and proud of myself. It’s great for your health, body image, and mental health.

Keep yourself fresh, and always smelling good.
You don’t gotta use expensive products to do this. Routine : scrub, wash, moisturize and fragrance.

Don’t follow people who make you question yourself.
Not a temporary thing, and not for everyone. This is for the people who currently have low self asteem, and find themselves struggling everytime they see a baddie on the TL. I struggle with this, and I have to say, it will make you feel so much better to focus on yourself and not compare yourself to those who you don’t even know. Once your self image is better, I suggest refollowing these people, you could find them inspiring.

Stay consistent.
On ANY and EVERYTHING. If there’s one thing to do, stay consistent. This could be for school, eating healthy, working out, skincare routine, anything. Staying consistent will help you feel accomplished, proud, and will make you want to keep doing it.

Get off your phone, find a hobby.
Quarantine has us all messed up, phone addiction to the max. I’m here to tell you right now, if you discover things you love to do outside of it, you’ve opened a whole new realm. For me, it’s baking, cooking, sketching, makeup, and selling clothes online.

Wear cute pajamas, slippers, loungewear, etc.
It’ll boost your confidence, make you feel like so good. It makes you feel like your shit is together.

Find a signature scent that is NOT popular.
You do not want to be out here smelling like every other person. Find something unique, and unpopular that fits you well. Ulta, Sephora, Macy’s, Nordstrom, and target are some of the top places for these. Dig.

Take care of yourself.
Simply, just take care of yourself. Take good care of your teeth. Floss, brush, daily. Practice good hygiene, keep a clean room, have a routine, work out, stay on your small goals. This will all be a foundation for bigger and better things for you.

i just want to say that having a great self concept isn’t always being confident, feeling sexy and feeling amazing. its also about knowing that those bad days that come around aren’t forever, its knowing that you will be okay, no matter what. its knowing that some days all you need is a really good cry. its about allowing yourself to feel your emotions and not feeling bad about it afterwards or feeling like its going to destroy your manifestation because the truth is- you don’t have to be perfect to get your manifestation. you don’t have to always ‘feel it real’, you don’t always have to have the most clearest visualisation and you don’t need have to the best self concept to manifest. stop limiting yourself, so many of us think…“oh to get my manifestation i have to do xyz, this and that” and that’s not the truth at all.
3 Ways you can Overcome Low self esteem
If you are struggling with your self-esteem, know that you are far from being alone. Everyone in some point of their lives, has experienced low self-esteem. The only difference between people is that some experience it more often than others.
What is low self Esteem?
Low self-esteem is caused by either feelings of unworthiness or that we are far behind where we are supposed to be. But How did we come to decide that we are not good enough? How did we come up with the “ideal self” that we do not seem to attain?
1.Don’t compare yourself to others
Avoid comparing yourself to others. Understand that you are never really comparing yourself to others. You are merely comparing your self-image with what you think you know about others, and this is very dangerous because everyone is trying to look good.
2.Put yourself first and don’t feel guilty about it
If you encounter a situation where you have a choice between meeting your needs first or others people, always choose yourself ( except when it is something very critical).

changing your self concept doesn’t have to be challenging and difficult it is so easy and simple
here’s an example
if you think that you are unlucky, ugly, stupid and that no one will ever love you those thoughts will reflect in your 3D. you will find yourself in circumstances because of your thoughts.
you can change all of that in a millisecond by deciding that you have the best self concept in the world, you are more kinder to yourself and start practicing being kind to yourself
instead of tearing yourself apart you start telling yourself “i am going to be kind to myself today, i find that my features perfectly suit my face”
if you want to be beautiful you have to change your inner thoughts. it all starts with mindset first, never the other way around.

Developing a Positive Mental Attitude
1. Remind yourself that you are NOT your feelings.
2. Don’t sweat the small stuff; choose to focus on what matters. Ignore or overlook the petty things, and grievances.
3. Feel the power as you learn to take control of your reactions. You’re not just a puppet, where someone pulls your strings.
4. Don’t agree with other peoples’ opinions of your value, or the way they rate your actions, your motives or achievements. Don’t let them be your judge, or the one who sets your worth.
5. Don’t compare yourself to others as we’re all different and unique. Set yourself some goals to go for, and celebrate when you succeed.
6. Accept that life’s a journey, and we grow and change with time. We don’t start off being perfect – so expect to get things wrong.
7. Love yourself completely and unconditionally. You’re a worthwhile individual – and you’ll get there in the end.

Little things I am planning to do to help me become my dream girl:
- change my room decor to baby pink and cream
- only wear black bras and panties
- purchase and only wear colorful and girly workout matching sets to the gym
- wear mainly matching sets on lazy days
- sleep with silk pillow cases
- have gold everyday jewelry pieces
- have my shower be only filled with pink shower gels
- find my nail length and maintain that nail length for the most part
- always match and look cute while going to the airport
- have my nail and toe color always match
- workout 3-4 times a week like it’s nothing
- complete my wardrobe color palette (baby pink, cream, white, black, and other colors and patterns when I’m feeling fun)
- only wear silk pajama sets to bed
- listen to podcasts or an audio book while grocery shopping or doing other activities
- become a good listener
- listen more and speak less
- smile often
- always be polite
I think iam pretty close to being a dream girl😝💞
Shout Out to The Woman I’m Becoming
I love this for me. I can feel myself transforming into the woman of my desired reality. I act how I want, I radiate how I want, and most importantly, I receive what I want with easy ease.
She’s no longer fearful, now fearless.
She no longer moves with caution, now confidence.
The books I read, the environments I place myself in, the people I choose to follow & entertain all shaped me into the legend worthy Goddess I am today.
