Was this written by ChatGPT? It feels like it was written by ChatGPT.
I'm 99.99% sure this guy was a scammer. I didn't save all the messages, but he started by telling me he was from Switzerland and therefore he spoke French. (Which, possible... but not highly likely.) He said he could guess if I was a coffee or tea drinker (my profile literally says I like tea!) and that he could guess where I like to go for coffee. I pushed pretty hard some more to meet in person, and refused to answer questions about investing in crypto and refused to tell him if I was a homeowner, and he unmatched. :)
Kudos for using the word "piques" correctly, but daaaaaaamn, dude....
You need therapy, not a girlfriend.
(Always remember, folks, girlfriends/boyfriends/spouses/partners/etc, ARE NOT YOUR THERAPIST. Your therapist is your therapist.)
I had fun wondering if this guy spent time pondering about Chris Evans, Chris Pine, Chris Hemsworth, and Chris Pratt.
This guy was totally normal during our pre-video chats. Then during our video call, he made some creepy remarks about my body and how he wanted to meet up right away. Then he started sending me these messages. I blocked him after that last message there.
Why? WHY? Do other women actually swipe right on something like this?!?!?
This made me want to throw my phone in the trash. Blegh!
I really liked this. It made me laugh.
(And it wasn't "Head to the Winchester" which is a huge plus.)
Guys. Guys. C'mere. Let me tell you a secret.
When you put that your age is wrong, we know that you're lying and you just lied about your age to show up in search results of younger women because you want to prey upon them.
Also, it makes it even worse when the Bumble profile age by your name is different than what you say in your "About me." Because that lets us know that you can't be bothered to keep your profile updated and all your photos are very likely to be out of date.
Mike, you didn't even try, so don't expect me to.
The last couple of lines are kind of funny? Except his pictures were terrible, and the profile gave me nothing to work with to create a custom opening line.
Good for you.
But you gotta put more in your profile.
Yeesh, dude. I'm pretty sure you're being turned down for something else.
This is an example of how to do end a chat right. Prior to the chats in this image, we matched the week prior and had some texting, and a video call on the 12th. I always do a video call to check for any major red flags, and then I like to quickly (within a week) get together for a coffee or some short meeting (maybe the farmer's market?) that can turn into something longer if we both want it.
In this case, after we met in person, neither of us was really feeling it, and he sent this message two days later. I responded and wished him luck with his online dating, and we parted ways.
This is a great example of how to end a match with someone.
Bumble... I don't think this works for me as a deal.
This was creepy.
I get that Bumble gets used a lot of ENM folks, but the "bangin'" comment was completely unnecessary.
I really wish Bumble had a way to filter for couples/poly/ENM.
Also, may I suggest Feeld to anyone looking for thirds or other couples to play with? Fuck Buddy MD uses it and tells me it's great for couples.
