Had an exhausting day at work doing something I’ve never done before. But i was with my lovely coworkers and that made it much more bearable

I’m working from home today and can foam roll the acid-like feeling in my hips and legs

I started playing around in GarageBand last night and think i have found a fun little hobby! There was confusion, frustration, defeats admitted, and everything erased. But i learned!!!! This could be a perfect place to become hyper focused and meticulous.

I’m going to do more space organization and decluttering. I’m on a roll and feel great about it!

I picked up my prescription after work (one less thing to do!)

I spent some time asking myself some fun questions (found them on Pinterest) decided the harnessing and manipulation of electricity is on par with the discovery of fire. Like, incredibly important for human development and life. And I’m thankful for electricity because air conditioning needs it to run lol i love air conditioning🫶🏻

I had a fabulous night😌

I decluttered the second shelf of my closet

I got drunk

I was lip syncing in the mirror (to tortured poets department LMAO i really don’t know the words to those songs still)

I’m not hungover! I was worried about that

I had a relaxing night

I respected myself and stuck to my word. I started cleaning my closet. My plan is to do it one shelf at at time. I don’t want to overwhelm myself and i don’t want to make a bigger mess somewhere else in the house. Whatever is on the shelf gets addressed right then and there. It’s going to be an expensive summer! But it’s time to really elevate my space.

Dad got me an iced tea from Dunkin but i forgot it in the fridge🥲 oh well!

It’s Friday!

My company was on the 6:00 news last night! We’re expanding, which in 2026, I am very grateful to be employed by a business that is doing really well. People need honey🍯

Last night, some big feelings were rolling in. I got out of bed, went into my closet, and pulled out my big stuffed animal (appropriately named Big Puppy) and squeezed him tight the whole night🐶

I’m feeling a little…displaced currently. Like, emotionally and just in general. I know I’m not the only feeling like this, but I don’t quite know if there is a “solution”. Are my feelings something to fix? Or are they just a part of being a human? Again, I wish i wasn’t so…reactive to my own thoughts. I gotta work on that📝

It’s a very rainy day🌧️

Spent time outside last night and it was really nice

I wrote a very dramatic journal entry. It felt cathartic. The thoughts and feelings still stand, but it was nice to get it out on paper. I have to come to terms that not every question has an answer. Answers can be very unsatisfying. Not everything has a verifiable reason. Some things just simply are. I don’t have to placate myself when i don’t want to. I can indulge in my anger and sorrow. I cannot let it overtake me, though. I still have to move on. These thoughts and feelings no longer bulldoze me. I carry them with me. On the surface, I keep a slight smile on my face. I’m grateful I can move on, but I’m feeling the weight of these emotions and thoughts. I often wish i was just lighter and sillier. In spirit, feelings, thoughts, everything. It’s all so serious to me, which makes everything a bit more difficult.

I’ve been less emotional and reactive! I got some news that would have flattened me out completely had it been a few years ago. I’m proud of my own growth, but also wonder if that’s just…growing up and becoming an actual adult lol

went on a beautiful walk around my neighborhood🐿️ this summer, I’m making it a goal to go on long, leisurely walks at least once a week

It is beautiful out so im going to go on a walk!

Going to Texas Roadhouse tonight and I’m gonna get a margarita!! I also think I’m gonna surprise my parents and pay for it!
