Naruto’s flawed parenting style was one the few things that I find to be realistic about his character, to be honest. He clearly adores his kids and he’s full of good intentions, but he still got some issues he needs to work out.

But of course the fandom will ignore all this and simply just write off Naruto as a shitty dad. Of course.

tbh this is why i question it too. he has clones. he can use the shunshin now. i don’t get how this happened, unless it’s a plot device to give naruto’s and sasuke’s kids some common ground for the next instalment.

in which case it’s sacrificing some of naruto’s character to further the kids storyline. 

logically though, even though he’s a hokage and is busy, he should be able to bust out some clones to spent enough time with his children. i keep falling back to that obvious solution.
