I'm back on my cocktail nonsense again 😂 Of course Lucanis's drink had to be a twist on an espresso martini, featuring Antivan lemon thyme.

LUCANIS

2oz (60ml) vodka

1oz (30ml) cold brew concentrate or espresso

.5oz (15ml) limoncello

.5oz (15ml) blackberry syrup*

2 sprigs fresh thyme

Optional: Purple sugar for rim

*To make blackberry syrup:

Mix equal parts water, granulated sugar, and blackberries (frozen or fresh) in saucepan on stove. Heat until sugar dissolves and it just barely starts to simmer. Remove from heat, let cool completely, then strain through a mesh strainer. Keeps for about 3 weeks.

Optional: Rim a coupe glass with purple decorative sanding sugar

Combine all in cocktail shaker with ice

Shake until frothy and well-chilled

Strain into glass using a fine mesh strainer
